In this video - we leave from our mate Dave's place in a little village along the Bassac River and head into Ta Kamau to try the best burgers in town...apparantly. This is a little adventure - hope you enjoy!

G'day Folks - digging up some old footage here (Max ain't this young anymore!). My mate Dave took me on a little exploration from his village, on an Island in the middle of the Bassac River then on to Ta Kamau. It was a ripping morning out on the bike..even if we were both a bit rusty from the night before! Hope you enjoy this little adventure!
I guess technically all footage, even from moments ago, is "old" hehe. 🙏✌️

Prahok and chips. Never though I'd ever see that combination but now I'm interested to try it! I've always to see how well Asian countries do western foods. This could possibly be a video ideas!
Hey mate!! Haha yeah interesting combo...not one i'd try haha! Tell you what, this is a prime example of where a place has no right to do amazing western food but does! It is very hit and miss though in our experience, and some of the best stuff is in the most unexpected places...like this amazing chocolate mousse at a local eatery in Hoi An - it just did not compute but it worked!!

Cool Marc, Ta Kmau burger, I was in Ta Kmau March, didn't know about burger restaurant there, was it good?
G'day Rim Loch! It was more a cafe that had nice western food as well as khmer food. The burger was pretty good! This video was from 2022 and we went back again in 2023 and it was just as good!! It's called De Burlap Cafe if you ever go back! Cheers - Marc
