It does. This is one of my favorite tracks. They kept the basic instrumental but changed the lyrics and both would've worked quite well.

In most demos we usually only hear new Mike singing, this is one of the first ones I heard with different Chester vocals. I am all down to hear any more of Chester's incredible talent! I really enjoyed this demo!

figure 09 its a single, this is one of the demos, figure.09 release in 2003 with meteora

I like how this particular demo has the Nu Metal vibe of Hybrid Theory before they changed the style to the more industrial electronic feels of Meteora.

I like this one better than the final version. This shows how enormous Chester's vocal capability was. He could do anything LP wanted him to do, and they could produce so many versions of the same song.
This in particular shows LP could take the route of heavy and dark metal bands but didn't because they stuck to their sound.
Chester was phenomenal. I miss him more now.

Every time one of these previously unreleased songs comes out now I have to brace myself before I play it in case it makes me too emotional. I absolutely love them though and very much appreciate their release. The world is a quieter place without Chester ❤

Being my favorite song from Linkin Park this was great to hear
I was too small like 10/12 to understand Linkin Park. I used to live in village area where CDs are nowhere to be found. When we went for work in a town 400kms far from my home. I searched all the places just to get Linkin Park CD. I found and now I really miss those days. Digital era has everything like everything you want but not that attachment like it used to be. 😇 Sometimes I break down thinking how to the world is getting better and better and I still want those old vibes. Am I only one??
