No. Her parents, Yuan Yuan and Tuan Tuan were a gift to Taiwan by China. The cub does not need to be returned. 😍💕🐾🐾💕
@@hat9555 NO. they're not considered gifts, but internal transfer or relocation of state assets since Taiwan is considered a province by China. They're treated like pandas relocated to Shanghai or Beijing or any other mainland cities' zoos which don't need to be "returned" to Sichuan.
