The live version of "Mad as a hatter" completely blew my mind and they're one of my favorites ever since.
I have been listening to these ladies for the past few years. They are amazing. We need more of the Blues in our world.

I have always noticed the sisterly love between Rebecca and Meagan In videos, but when I got to see them live in Cincinnati a couple of weeks ago it was very evident. It honestly was the funniest concert I have ever attended.
I really like them, they are geniuses Rebecca with vocal characteristics that are so strong and megan with his guitar that is so stunning,They have also received an award in Rolling Stone magazine

Check your discription, it's not their new album. "Kindred Spirits" from 2020 is the newest album. The same year they released already their album "Self Made man" with Original songs, which was highly praised by Elton John!

Larkin Poe are terrific. They joined Joe Bonamassa on his Blues Cruise and there is a good video of them with Joe doing the classic Spoonful with Joe. I've got their CDs and a live album on vinyl is on pre-order.
They did "Well Well" with him also. With a great solo from Megan.
Love Larkin Poe. Saw them at First Avenue in Minneapolis a couple of years ago after seeing them with Bob Seger. Genuine, lovely sisters that are just so cool together.
Going to see them tomorrow in the UK. Been waiting for two years

Your last review you asked where they came from... Check out the bluegrass group "Lovell Sisters".... They started playing at a very young age and won many bluegrass contests as a family. They broke out on their own... Their first album "Kin" is still one of my favorite albums. I have the original vinyl copy. Seeing them at a Church in Grand Rapids next month, and hoping they play "Preachin Blues!" Love you 2.

You gotta see more from Larkin Poe. Incidentally, we're gonna see the live in Knoxville, in early December. You can see their tour dates and locations on their website. Keep looking. I like their cover of "Sometimes," "John the Revelator," "Keep Diggin'," "Death Come a Knockin'," "Back Down South," (I could go on and on. There's pretty much nothing the girls have done that isn't great!)...
as a "certified" blues junkie, I can say the ladies have Delta Blues in their veins....Megan's lap steel work is FIRE ! git up and shake that thang !
