  • A strategic perspective is as critical to a project manager’s success as technical skills. Project managers need to understand the alignment between their initiatives and the organization’s strategic goals, and they need to be able to help team members and other stakeholders see how they fit into the “bigger picture” to sustain engagement and commitment. Project managers who think strategically are better stewards of project resources and are typically more agile in their project approach to stay in sync with often-evolving business strategies.
At the end of this session:
    - Gain a strategic perspective.
    - Understand the role of the PM in the workplace.
    - Learn how to align goals and sustain engagement.
