Beautiful! Please where did you sow the channel for the ruching, is it after the seam lines or the dart line, thank you

I created the channels for ruching after I made the 2 side seams. I made another sewing line beside the side seams making 2 sewing lines on each side ,forming the channel. You’ll see it from 15:12 .
