    The movement you are showing is extension of arm done by latissimus dorai( one of its main functions).
    To explain adduction by lats best excercise is single arm cable lat pull down....

      Good. Remember, U need to work on Ur diet, 8 hr sleep ,,
      No sugar
      No rice
      No junk food
      Try to get used to eat only boiled food ..
      Avoid smoke n alcohol
      Do a little yoga
