Your helping me get so much more miles out of my OP-Z and PO’s. Your content is easy to follow. Could you do a follow up on how to load Templates to the novation controller xl. I’m not very good with it comes to that type of stuff.
I've got a lot more OP-Z content here on the channel, and I highly recommend watching Cuckoo's OP-Z tutorial. You'll be flying around the interface in no time!
@@FreeBeat Thanks mate! I’ve watched a few of your videos now, all very helpful and easy to understand. No doubt I’ll be re-watching a lot of videos over the next few weeks! 😊
Cool! Is there a way to sample the live instrument one plays via microphone? I could only manage to hold the record button with one hand and play the guitar with another :) Is there a way to record it live?
Hey bro really enjoyed your video!! I have a question, you mentioned you keep track 7 open for sampling. So after you made this track here for example, don't you have to keep that sample in that slot to keep it playing on this particular track? I am trying to understand sample management better. I don't like housing up too many slots with samples because then it means you can't have as many synth engines or drum kits stored. Hope my question makes sense! 🙌🏾🙌🏾
You are correct! I try to keep slot 7 open for random jams, little samples like this one. I'll play on the track for a while, then, I usually delete the sample to keep it open again. Every once in a while I'll sample something that I really enjoy and want to save, and then I'll figure out where I want to actually store it. Hopefully that answers the question haha. Thanks for watching, and for the sub!

I can definitely do that! Glad you've been enjoying the videos :)
Just got my OP-Z, total noob when it comes to making music…I can only wish to be as good as this! 😁
