    Rosauria is bright, articulate and caring. More believers need to stand up boldly as she has, in the face of opposition and criticism, to proclaim the truth in love. Thank you for your courage.

    If u listen to her other speeches, you will see it wasn't a sudden change. It was a process that lasted over 2 years. She was already studying the Bible. One of her jobs was to evaluate texts. She met a wonderful, kind man who studied it with her and was very hospitable. He embodied Jesus. There have been many others who started out either skeptical of the Bible or tried to outright disprove it who ended up believing it. C.S. Lewis and Lee Strobel for example. So I wouldn't discount her as unauthentic. Also, I'm very surprised that you don't find homosexuality mentioned in the King James Bible since it was clearly written it was wrong to the Jews in Lev. Paul later states this as well in rom 1. It's also in 1 Tim and 1 cor. 6. But a lot of ancient texts weren't found when the King James Version was written which is why other versions like the NIV and NASB are used more now. I find her very interesting and completely believe her.

    So helpful to understand that the desire for autonomy is at the heart of homosexuality. Also, loved your point that i've heard you make several times that the most serious sin issue is when humans reject the gospel and not primarily sexual preferences. Thanks for helping me/others understand these issues better.

    The best Q and A I’ve heard her do.

  • @StaceeMassey
    @StaceeMassey 2 года назад

    I specifically really appreciate Rosario's response to the question about childhood abuse contributing to the sin of homosexuality and the root of it being in pride and the simple fact that we are all sinner first and foremost; we all have our own sins. That was a great response. I also really enjoy the way she shows love to everyone regardless of their beliefs without compromising, wavering or capitulating on the truth of the gospel. A great example to us all. I endeavor to be able to love people more in that way.

    I was deeply impressed with Rosaria’s conversion experience when I first learned of and heard her. But she still exhibits what I consider deep scars from her former life, a softness toward the issue that a mature Christian wouldn’t exhibit to the point of appearing conciliatory to this homosexual world view. I’ve heard her tacitly defend “anti-discrimination” measures, which I took to mean SOGI laws which make conscience-violating demands on people of faith. It almost amazes me to think that she doesn’t know what this loss would really mean.

    Honest question here. Why is orientation deemed unchangeable?

    • @Eclectifying
      @Eclectifying 5 лет назад

      Ted Stiles and biological physical sex characteristics are considered changeable.

    • @kofipapa2886
      @kofipapa2886 Год назад

      Sex chromosomes do not change but human behavior including sexual behavior is fluid as we all have seen. But the question is that is every human behavior righteous and acceptable? If humans do it must we find a way to live with it at all cost? Are we not evolved enough to discern what behavior is appropriate and what isn't? I think we do. Some behaviours are human but are justly classified illegal. So by the same token that some human conduct is illegal, per the Bible and the conscience that is humans, some behaviours are ungodly and anti-human. I always say if you want to determine the righteousness of an action, let all humans do it for 100 years and see where we end up as a race. This is my view on the issue.

      For most part people who have their loved ones come into a different view of the world grieve them as though they were dead. The thing is this: true and honest communion dies or suffers a fatal blow. There are many things to wrestle with for years about a loved one participating in rebellion against the standards of God. And like the speaker highlighted either here or in another video of her's, what we grieve is what would become of the soul of that person who has accepted sin as a way of life per our belief? And it is not as if we do not believe our beliefs. So it is simple: God our creator is the One who defines sin and love. What He has revealed by His word in the scriptures is our guide and the standard for morality. We all struggle to live up to the standards of God who is pure. What we need is daily grace and constant communion with the throne. He already knows our weakness but if we cherish or justify sin, we have no grace from the throne of God. But if we accept our mistakes and ask for a way out, we have help all around. Love you.

    The opening with a woman in a conundrum with family.....Sad to be sure. There is a difference between acceptance and approval. Jesus showed acceptance of the human worth, all the while keeping the standard of what is holy, and that it is uncompromising

    Barf.
    Did Jesus know how to love people? Did Jesus tell the truth? When people---such as the Pharisees---took offense, did he teach his disciples how to handle this sort of hand-wringing virtue signaling?
    What will it take to wake up Evangelicals?

    Don’t be deceived, this woman is opening the hell doors for her and she grabbing your soul with her, God in the holy book said it clearly, homosexuals will not be in his kingdom ( so they will be in hell ) leave this woman and stay with God words in the holy Bible, she will not stand before God in your behalf, stop leading your kids to hell and show them the true Jesus of the Bible (who says that you will go to hell if you stayed a homosexual) not Jesus that you wish him to be .

      Forgive me, Farid, but you're an idiot. I'm so sick of Bible ignoramuses being let loose on threads such as this and wasting precious bandwidth with their nonsense. I wouldn't mind a dollar for every time I've said this but I'll say it again ...NOWHERE in scripture is homosexuality condemned. The authors of the Bible would not have had a clue what homosexuality even was ...nor heterosexuality for that matter. They still pooped in holes in the ground, for goodness sake!
