When I was working, I was able to indulge my rather expensive tastes. But now that I've retired, I have to be a bit more creative in finding more budget-friendly alternatives. So I'm very grateful for this series; it's a great help:)

Yes, Sophia Vergara is almost a dupe for Coco madamoiselle! I have that one and the other one (Love) very nice. Still Coco to me is the Grande Dame but I love a good dupe. Definitely want to try the Chloe and Zen. By the way, I have seen a lot of the Cremo scents at Marshall's here in NJ. Thanks for another great video.

Hi Chris, My latest purchase is Maison Tahité Floranilla is simulair to Dama Bianca they are not dupes but simulair. Its floral, powdery and you smell that earthiness. The Profumum roma is added to the wishlist sounds amazing for the spring/summer. Loved the Alternatives recommandations video ❤

Great video. Thanks, budget fragrances are a big part of my collection, and I appreciate these so much. Ajmal Raindrops is also a really good affordable alternative to Coco Mademoiselle. Smells good and is long lasting and affordable too (usually under 20 bucks for 50 ml).

Those Cremo fragrances are truly hidden gems! I really love my Spice and Black Vanilla, may just have to get Bourbon and Oak, too. I have Sofia, on my second bottle now, but I also have a body mist of Club de Nuit, similar as well to Coco Mademoiselle and long lasting for a body spray. I happen to adore Coco Mademoiselle, just can't afford the real deal, so does that make me old? LOL. That's what I hear every time someone mentions it, that it's too "mature" for them. Well, I *am* a bit seasoned so I guess the shoe fits. I love these expensive on a budget videos and the dupe discovery videos. Thanks so much, Chris, have a wonderful week! ~Cynthia

I’ve been eyeing the van cleef and arpels bois diris, I love the iris note. I’ve been searching for all the midrange priced iris, violet, purple flower fragrances. I crave that powderiness. I’d love to see a video dedicated to those types of fragrances 💜💜( hint hint) 😘

@@Danit.Talkscentswithme Agreed. I have different scents for different times of the year of different “vibes” (work, weekend, bedtime, casual). Lipstick type scents bring me back to the 80s when I was playing with my mom’s makeup that she passed on to me. She passed almost 9 years ago, so those kinds of smells are soothing to me.

Happy Sunday, Chris! 😊😊This is a great series… Lots of good stuff! I got a bottle of Temptation from Zara and find it has the BR540 medicinal vibe primarily. Not a one to one but the same type of vibe. I mostly use it to spray on and around things that I want to smell good but not necessarily always on myself! I also recently was given a sample from Lattafa called Ana Abiyedh that is supposed to be a dupe for Erba Pura. I’ve never smelled Erba Pura before, so can’t say…it was a different than I expected but a very interesting scent. I expected it to be more sweet, I guess.
Erba on me is a fruity musk bomb! 😂
@@ThePerfumeNest There is a really sharp note that I can’t pick out… Kind of animalic ?? Haven’t worn the sample yet just sprayed it on paper and wasn’t sure if I wanted to wear it.

One of my favourite kinds of videos! I felt like I was getting some top-secret inside information! Some of these I knew about, because this is how I spend my days, comparing perfumes Lol But I was so excited when you talked about the Dama Bianca dupe! I have wanted to smell that one for so long but even the samples are expensive considering the small amount you get! And every time there’s a sale they are out of stock 🤦🏻♀️ I’ve been hearing a lot about Cremo these days too, but hadn’t heard of this one- sounds so nice! . It so great to know what fragrances are available that are similar to very expensive ones that are out of reach for me and many people. I have Lovely and I absolutely love the scent but it lasts probably less than an hour. I spray myself liberally with it sometimes when I’ve had just had a shower and I’m ready for bed. …so unfortunate😢 My 30 yr old daughter has Pink Sugar and people have chased her down to ask what she is wearing.-many compliments from men and lasts for 12+ hours and even after washing her clothes I can still smell it! Beast mode for sure. I have Julianna’s Perfume version of Delina (Inner Beauty). It’s great for lasting and everyone I’ve heard review, it is indistinguishable from Delina og. Idk …it’s a nice Springtime scent but it’s definitely not a love-too cold and very loud for me most of the time. I will check out some of the others you mentioned especially that vanilla one and the Zen. Thanks again! 💖💖💖

Before I started getting in to perfume Narciso edt was the only scent I wore when it first came out because a magazine had a sample and it was the first perfume I ever loved and bought a full bottle (it was a lot of money for me then and but it was the only one I had and then ironically moved on to Lovely when I finished Narciso).

I had Junoon Rose and found it to be way too synthetic so I've been hesitant to buy the other Junoon fragrances. Is Junoon Noir cloying or overly synthetic smelling?
It’s a little synthetic smelling to me but some ppl really love it. I find some of those ME musks to be a little strong and synthetic 😬
OK so how close to Pink Sugar is Pink Vanilla Kiss, available at the the dollar store for $2.99?? I mean, no shame in my game, when I want to smell like sweet fluffy cotton candy, I can't beat it! LOL

I think Sofia by Sofia Vergara is a better alternative for Coco Mademoiselle than Zen and it has a much better performance in my opinion…
