My husband and I (I’m 26) were out grocery shopping one night with our toddler and a man was wearing the Creed Aventus dupe you mentioned and the projection was so strong we hunted this guy down with just our noses to tell him how great he smelled and ask what he was wearing. It is seriously amazing! Fresh, woodsy, musky, slightly floral and fruity. So amazing!!!! So I agree with you there. However I must say I absolutely am a die hard Bleu De Chanel girlie. I smell a man wearing it and it’s just 🤤. It just smells so damn good! But that’s the great thing about scent, there is something out there for everyone! I try to never yuck someone’s yum because we all have different tastes in scent! Another great video! 🥰
The new batches of aventus actually last pretty decently long, and also i wouldnt really call the clones of it too close, they seem to replace the pineapple with like lemon or something.
Creed with Aventus uses higher quality ingredients compared to the clones. Also people complaining about the performance need to allow their bottle of Creed Aventus to mature. Use Creed Aventus a couple times, and just let the bottle sit for a couple or a few months, then come back to it. The fragrance seems to get better with age. You won't notice it if you use your bottle of Creed Aventus too much and finish the bottle fast.
Is there any specific scent profiles you don’t like/avoid? I personally avoid anything aquatic….when I wear aquatic fragrances it smells weird on my skin 😭😭
Aventus is overhyped because performance sucks and at its outrageous price there are many other options. Also Aventus is best for someone in at least their 30's and for professionals to my nose. Eros red is dominated by pepper to much for my nose and the OG is more for the guy who thinks he's a player while everyone else thinks he's just a jerk. Chanel Bleu line and Egotist have a aldehyde smell that is long lasting but a big turn off for me. I'm also not of fan of ISA Supra or Jasmine (which smells like body order). My favorite from Chanel for all ages is the Allure Sport Intense. Agree with you on D&G lite Blue however there are a few exceptions among its flankers. I have the "forever" flanker that has an amazing and realistic grapefruit not and doesn't have the sweaty musky note found among much of the line. Nice vid that's is your point of view and not just going along with the crowd.
@@theydkTimI feel like dylan blue smells cheap, fake and artificial while bdc edp and most of the chanel fragrances have a more natural feel to them that makes them smell premium and more enjoyable
I kind of hate how they Name Fragrances anymore. it's just a little confusing and there's so many Flankers so when I'm shopping I have to like double check which one I actually want to get. have you experimented with 80s Frags? I ask because the Philosophy back then was to just put so many notes in them. if you find some fragrances to be simple and therefor boring you could try some 80s frags.
and without hate but having like 10 fragrances and just like 2 month of expirience or so and giving these kind of advices if you dont have enough experience idk thats a heavy topic
@@theydkTim i dont think so but yeah as I said its no hate or so but with half-knowledge its dangerous because some people trust you in this case. After some years and after testing hundreds of fragrances from all price points and all different notes your nose matures and you like other things more than others. I mean avoid these sounds like they are really bad :)
and imo dylan blue and bdc cant be compared. And between all these concentrations there is not much difference. Also lattafa makes good fragrances for the price but the quality is not the same as some niche. Well in terms of price and quality nobody comes across lattafa but its not the same in the drydown
Creed aventus to me always been a basic fragrance that smells familiar to many others. If I’m spending that kinda money it gotta be for something that smells very different from the ordinary fragrances on the market
Bro is going to far. 1 million elixir or Burberry touch being better than aventus hell nah. Also bdc being worse than Dylan blue. I completely disagree
For people looking at the comments - if you're in your teens - it is my opinion that the Aventus DNA is not exactly age-appropriate. Revisit it when you're in your mid to late 20s, but I would not recommend wearing Aventus, CDNIM, or other clones if you're younger. I would advise sticking to more reliable lines like YSL Y, Eros, and others.
one milion elixir better than creed aventus? hell nah
Like Aventus is really bad on current batches but 1 Million Elixir is just awful. Just a synthetic mess so even Aventus is better
@@Faust_9 Aventus new new batches aren’t even bad.
@@MaxCFoto not worth the price tag at all
@@MaxCFoto yeah but would u pay 300 bucks for a scent that "isnt that bad"

I feel old as hell watching this. I love Aventus and BdC but I was around when they were groundbreaking.

Dylan Blue getting some recognition
I have a question: What is the difference of an intense fragrance?
Usually more alcohol concentrate and has stronger notes and is made to perform better or to be different smelling
You need to layer the Lattafa but, you might blame your own Ph levels. That why some may smell like oranges on me and apples on you.
Does Hubert wear any of these(i bet he wears Club de nuit man intense and tells everyone hes wearing aventus)
ur gonna get a lot of hate from the tiktok fragerance kids lol, valid opinion tbh, except on the eros.
Versace Dylan Blue is better than Bleu De Chanel? Lmao. Kid you need to grow up.
🤣its my opinion and many others too

Aventus is still the best DNA
And you probably still havent smelled the OG thing which makes aventus good. The vanilla drydown

2 months is crazy and I prob go to the mall more to smell fragrances more then the entire comment section

W video like always
bro you need to hire a editor for the thumbnails again, they used to look so good. They have been looking horrendous the past few videos.
id put angels share here cuz it legit just got replaced by khamrah 😭
Finally! Yes, Creed Aventus is so fucking overrated it just smells like the kind of Parfume your Granny would get you only for you to never wear it.
