Oh easy, just tp to neighbourhood, then teleport to the top of "the Cool tower" then just jump down to the plank room and grab the dynamite after that bring it to the graveyard then go to the rope on the wall and next to that you can place the dynamite which will open the baby toatys room

Trial and error
It didnt work for me so now that i know how to get Toasty the Platypus and Platypus toasty
Dude i didnt even Wait and nebula immediatly spawned

They made it random for like 5-15 min prob

Yea it's quite a hard jump to pull off you need to be right at the edge of the block and jump of or it wouldn't work
