Always good to get some excellent food for a great price every once in a while. Glad they are still around and service great food! Used to get a chicken and pesto panni every time cos it was so great.
The good thing about a FEB is that even the bog-standard ones are great. Upping the quality of the ingredients (especially the meats), though, can take it to a whole new level.
I will say hash brown isn’t classic, bubble and squeak is. You’re missing quite a few ingredients there like mushrooms, tomatoes and black pudding. There’s a place called E.Peccilis in east London that you must go to on your next trip here!

Got one almost every morning for a month in cyprus. They also include blood sausage (gross) and haloumi.
