AND I KNEW I'D HEARD THAT SHOPPING CHANNEL THEME BEFORE BUT I COULDN'T WORK OUT WHERE UNTIL JUST NOW sorry this has nothing to do with eizouken. seems like a cool ass show.
You are about to enter another dimension, a dimension not only of sight and sound but of mind. A journey into a wondrous land of imagination. Next stop, the EIZOUKEN!
Definately an anime that can only be recommended if you are a fan of the 'Slice of Life' anime and the 'Wow so creative' Subgenre. Had to watch it at double speed, and even then, wasn't my fancy. It has... a selling feature, but you have to be on that rather specific market. Either way, nice vidya man. Can't say I wholly agree, but the market isnt always targeting me specifically.
While I'm exactly a fans of the genre itself, unfortunately Eizouken is not so appealing for me. I feel like Eizouken gonna be the type of anime who rely on the world in the story more than the characters itself. For me, the most important thing from Slice of Life anime is the characters, the world they live is the second.
This and No Guns Life are my favorite anime of the season. And by god does Eizouken just tickles my imaginative bone. Everytime I think of it, everytime I watch it, there's such a huge smile on my face and I am immediately drawn in. And now every Sunday, I'm going to say "I wonder what our girls are up to?" as I switch over to Crunchyroll.
I notice that some people find Eizouken boring. I'm not sure how. They literally have a dragon fly aircraft, a machete girl fighting a tank, space adventures and an actually interesting art style. Might be one of those animes where it could be good but some people don't like it due to taste.
Definitely my current lead candidate for anime of the year... a long way to go yet. Somali has failed to really snare me, but I'll keep watching - it feels like a weaker Spice and Wolf with an altered character dynamic at the moment. Asteroid in Love is wholesome and cute as hell, but ultimately mainly just fluff. Magia Record is giving me some nostalgic flashbacks, but I'm still not sure whether it's a remotely worthy successor or just a mobile game spin-off and nothing more. Smile Down the Runway I'm following, but not yet willing to commit to. Darwin's Game is at risk of being dropped. And that's as far as I've got so far this year.

this was my pick for AOTY before the year started. And I still stand by that.
This show reminds me a bit of Chalk Zone. My friend showed me this first episode and I can’t wait to watch the rest of the anime.
Definitely the best winter of the year
yooooo I've been playing persona 4 lately and I keep noticing music from it that people have been putting in youtube videos this whole time.
AND I KNEW I'D HEARD THAT SHOPPING CHANNEL THEME BEFORE BUT I COULDN'T WORK OUT WHERE UNTIL JUST NOW
sorry this has nothing to do with eizouken. seems like a cool ass show.
Oh hell, the soundeffects really got me. "yiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIING"
love the poster btw
I needed to see future boy conan.I did search it up when I saw episode 1 week ago
I wasn't planning on watching this, But you recommend. i watch.
OMG I LOVE YOUR POSTER SORA YORI MOO TOOI BASHO ! :(
You are about to enter another dimension, a dimension not only of sight and sound but of mind.
"Not all Best Girls Need to be the Cute Ones." --Arkada
Inter species reviewers is the best of the decade
This and No Guns Life are my favorite anime of the season. And by god does Eizouken just tickles my imaginative bone. Everytime I think of it, everytime I watch it, there's such a huge smile on my face and I am immediately drawn in. And now every Sunday, I'm going to say "I wonder what our girls are up to?" as I switch over to Crunchyroll.
"not all best girls need to be the cute ones" KANAMORI IS FREAKIN ADORABLE
This is anime is so freaking good! Especially if you are creative gremlin
Can we make "Nerd Facts" a thing? XD
The best show of the winter season, together with Dorohedoro.
Definitely gonna check this out, Anyone else watching Somali and the Forest Spirit? It's pretty good
I haven't seen anything explain the workings of anime since Paranoia Agent
I think anybody who wants to create something should watch this show.
Best anime of 2020.
Eizouken is pure magic.
1:14 NERD FACTS ! things you didn’t need to know but now do
Me:Hmm cook beans 🤔
I notice that some people find Eizouken boring. I'm not sure how. They literally have a dragon fly aircraft, a machete girl fighting a tank, space adventures and an actually interesting art style. Might be one of those animes where it could be good but some people don't like it due to taste.
@Ghost DAC lol, this anime is Slice of Life, of course it's gonna be "low stakes". But, "weak characterization" is a real problem for this anime tho.
I want to see an FR on ID:Invaded :)
You convince me to watch thanks dude
This is my AotS, but I'm also loving Somali, Richard, and Asteroid.
I called it "Studio Ghibli backgrounds and Ralph Bakshi characters." The last 20 min of Ep3 might be the best anime I have seen in ten years.
Agree strongly with The Glass about Eizouken! but will watch anything if by Masaaki Yuasa!
