    When I was fifteen years old in 1973 I was visiting Greenwich in London with a friend when we both ducked in to a church to escape a torrential downpour. The moment I stepped through the entrance I was instantly stopped in my tracks by an ear splitting screeching sound which was so loud it forced me back outside into the rain. My friend came out and asked what was up and when I told him he must have heard the noise he looked bemused and said he'd heard nothing. I was a bit taken aback but we both went back in to the church again and I had to make a quick retreat due to more literally ear splitting screeching sounds. Again my friend heard nothing despite being right alongside me. Nearly fifty years later I still don't have an answer to what the sound was,

      There's a village somewhere in Britain that has "the him" which can only be experienced by some people but science says that it's some sort of frequency that doesn't actually get heared it's just experienced by the brain and translated as a constant hum but at other times science says it's not even there. I'm deafened and have considered going to see if I can experience it since I'm aware of how sounds... well, sound but cannot hear anything anymore. It would be interesting to me to know if I could hear it because to me it would prove that it's not an audible sound but is present. I wonder if you experienced something like a frequency that your brain told you was a screech but was otherwise inaudible to other people.

    A relative once described an incident like this many many years ago, maybe mid/late 70s in outback australia, the uncle had said they were driving home late in the night from a church meeting in the next town over, bak then many rural roads werent sealed with bitumen, so it was dirt and dust and rough. They had said they saw a bright light behind them, and thinking it was a large cattle truck approaching, the uncle had told the kids in the back seats to wind up the windows while the truck overtakes then so the car didnt fill with thee red dust from the road. As the light behind their vehicle got closer and brighter, their car suddenly started to sputter, like they were about to run out of fuel, so the uncle moved over to the left, expecting the larger truck to soon go by. But it never did. The light/s stayed behind them as they slowed down to a full stop, suddenly the car started to shake and rock side to side while parked. The light started circling the car and I was told even went underneath it at one point. The kids in the back were screaming & crying and the two adults in front had started panicking also, while trying to restart the car. Uncle had said the whole interior of the car was illuminated with a bright white light for some seconds before it simply disappeared, like someone turning off a light. The road was plunged back into darkness and within moments their car started again, as normal and they drove home a lot faster than before.
    Many ppl in the town where I grew up have had similar encounters out on the plains.

    Considering that there was a military base five miles from the town, this one sounds suspiciously like secret weapons tests. In this case, sonic weapons. If that is the case, we're actually more likely to find out what it was at some point. Classified documents will age into declassification and this one could very well turn up. Stay tuned to this channel for more!

    • @timd4524
      @timd4524 2 года назад +22

      Not really that possible. The idea of sonic weapons is still decades behind. The Germans tried it in World War 2 and it was a total waste of resources. The machines have to be huge and the target has to be specifically placed. While lasers are an actual thing now ( the US has been developing them since the 80's ), sonic weapons just aren't feasible for our technology.

    • @JKM395
      @JKM395 2 года назад +37

      @@timd4524 I agree and am familiar with much of the research. However, those factors do not preclude testing. They simply indicate that the testing was likely a dead end, or that it progressed into something different with vastly more functionality. If you're going for sonic weaponry, you want it in two forms. Form one would be for use as a non-lethal area denial weapon. The second would be for a more offensive role, meaning smaller and easier to manage. Area denial might be feasible. Lesser so for any offensive role, due to size and energy requirements.

Since there hasn't been a major war since Korea, NATO countries are basically just doing what they've been doing since the 60s when it comes to vehicle design because the lack of action against other major powers has meant they have no way of knowing if their new ideas would actually be effective. They don't have any way of knowing for certain if they're right or wrong when it comes to fighting a major power, and they can't exactly go spending the budget on entire mock wars with other nations. Well, wouldn't you know it, we saw lights moving in a strange pattern in the sky in broad daylight. Now was it aliens or US military testing? Well, we were hardly surprised... In fact, our reaction was pretty mundane: "Oh look at that. Neat."
      People look for the most far out explanation when a more reasonable answer is at hand. Do we always have all the answers? No. But a military base testing some secret technology is a good enough explanation for me.

But I could never quite put my finger on it. But now I have figured it out. If you check the Pink Floyd album “Ummagumma”, and find the song “Sysyphus Part 3”, and marry this to the bass line of the Pink Floyd song “Sheep”, found on the album “Animals”, particularly the quieter middle part where it’s mostly bass and some keyboard being played, you have pretty much the music found at the end of this video.
    So now that we have solved this mystery, I will be lining up the movie “The Omega Man” with the album “Wish You Were Here”, because I’ve heard of you start both at a certain point they synchronize in some amazing fashion. (One time, I was in the same car with the lady at the time, and she was telling people I’d seen it too! To be fair I’m short-sighted and it could have been dancing the can-can in the middle of the road and I wouldn’t have seen it!)

      @@alisonkirkland6132 They might actually be accurate. If you live close to a big estate then there is the chance that a large cat might have managed to escape the confines of said estate. This is why there need to be really strict laws on who can own large, wild cats. If they get loose they can disrupt the local ecosystem and endanger a large number of animal species. You be surprised at what the super wealthy spend their money on.

    • @alisonkirkland6132

      It’s not entirely beyond the realms of possibility (we do have a small wild wallaby population in parts of the UK apparently!) but I’m taking it with a big pinch of salt! (See the Bedtime Stories video about alleged big cat sightings in Britain, covers it pretty well.) I don’t think ownership of big cats by private individuals (as opposed to zoos and sanctuaries) is legal in the UK currently, but please don’t quote me on that without checking. I like the theory that the sinister black dogs of legend (Grim, Black Shuck, Barguest) have morphed into black panthers in our collective psyche - that it’s just an idea our minds are predisposed to accept,.)

      @@alisonkirkland6132 it used to be legal to own a big cat or any kind of exotic animal, but the law changed (Dangerous and Wild Animals Act 1976) and there is a theory that rather than have the animals properly cared for. Many were released into the wild. Perhaps this is why we have big cat sightings around the UK? If you research it, there are loads of stories in the media.

    Warminster? Interesting place for something strange to happen, considering there's a massive military training site there and an alleged UFO encounter from 2020 (see Nexpo's video)
    Now that I've listened to the whole thing, this definitely sounds like experimental weaponry on test (especially given the location). Of course the military is gonna deny involvement because the last thing they wanted was soviet spies coming to have a nosey at their top secret tech. We don't have much space to have a massive remote area like Area 51 to probe our aliens or test our secret experimental weaponry.

      They gave up with sonics more in world war 2. The machines are ridiculously huge and not efficient at all.

      agreed. And there's no way the military would voluntarily admit to it.... not even decades later. the modern military guys don't even KNOW the truth, how can they share it, their predecessors buried it too deep.

      Not nowadays they're not, modern systems can be man portable and can also use ultra sound frequencies

      No, it doesn't fit the eyewitness testimony. Why are you ignoring all the people who say they saw UFOs associated with the sounds, pressure, etc.

    Very interesting! It does sound like some kind of riot control technology being tested, maybe. First I've heard of this case too, so thank you very much!

    And you should do a video about those real photos of real Terrasaurs that were shot down in the 1800's. I wonder what they did with the skeletons?
