Hi I have been watching your build and now finished all the videos on your clio, great job looks really good, I am wanting to do some similar things to my clio as well, not as much detailed as yours and your videos have finally inspired me, my c 197 been sitting on the drive for over 6 months now and I figure if I don't drive it as much as I used to, might as well make it a weekend and track days car. Now Question, any warning lights when you did the seat belt removals and the airbag removals? If any such issues how did you get the lights off in the dash and have them stay off ?
Thank you so much 🙏🏻 The good thing with this generation of Renault is it’s all reprogrammable. You can get the airbags coded out so no lights illuminate when the cars running.
hi mate ive found your page in desperation and just had a question about the rear abs sensors are the rears the same or are they OSR and NSR mot was a failure because of this and now im stuck trying to find a part to fix it and get mot redone all in 10 days haha anyhelp is appreacatied
Alright buddy, it’s not something I’m familiar with however based on a quick part number search I can only find one part listed so it would seem they’re both the same on the rear but don’t quote me on it 😅
Cheers buddy. Some hard work has gone into it. The button is from Volantech, they do the whole setup including the boss and cover, I got my steering wheel from elsewhere you.
@@xslyiix-3242 hard to say without looking. Just make sure it’s seated correctly. Other than that I’d say the clock spring may of been damaged. Easy to do if that’s the case.
Not a great deal to show in all honesty mate. Just a generic single with some old hand me down tools and a million nuts and bolts I keep from past projects ‘just in case’ 😅
Loving the car bud 👍 I've got a black one but when I see that blue and the red I do get a little jealous 😂
Cheers mate. All the colours have their merits but Racing blue is best. Not that I’m biased 👀 😂
Looks great mate 👍🏻
Thank you 🙏🏻
Looks great
Cheers man, very happy with it.

Hey man loving the car, can I ask where you got you steering wheel button panel from as I’m doing a build now and wanting a similar set up

👍👍👍👍
😎
Easy enough to fit the shifter?
Yeah very easy. Worst part is dropping the exhaust/heat shields to get to it. Just bolts out and back in pretty much.
Just wondering I put my steering wheel on and turn the wheel and it clicks.

@@Drivers.Garage what would need to be done if the clock spring is damaged
@@xslyiix-3242 would just need swapping out for a new one. Held in by a couple of screws if I remember rightly.
@@Drivers.Garage I put the old steering wheel back on and the clicking has stopped
@@Drivers.Garage I am going to try and re install it to see if that fixes it
Garage tour?
