it's crazy how much diet culture controls our lives. I've been told, even by some of my family members that I eat a lot or asked "how can you consume the same amount of food as your parents?" I meannn. should I starve myself?! heck no. I eat when my body wants to eat and unlearning the things I've been thought before was hard, it can still be hard at times but you helped me change my mindset on food soo much and because of that I'm so grateful for you

I don't think you eat very much actually. You eat in reasonable portion and nutritious in general. That's quite a healthy relationship with food.

About 6-8 weeks! My stud fell put so i changed sooner but i wouldn't recommend because it hurt SO MUCH
