You should do John Carpenter next, this would be a solid series to go up there with your retrospectives but can be pumped out much faster than those

I wanted to morbidly watch Last House on the Left to see the shock factor as I did with A Clockwork Orange. Nightmare is a classic, Scream is alright never understood the energy behind it. Hills Have Eyes is classic, the main guy who’s on the poster did a cameo in Motley Crue’s Smokin in the Boys Room music video.

In Praise of RLR and Craven discourse. People Under the Stairs, don't forget that Craven loved fairy tales and that movie has our protagonist rescuing a lady from a tower.

I've read the swamp thing comics by Alan Moore and their great! We need someone like Del Toro to direct an adaptation of those comics, they have such interesting psychological implications and existentialism while still being a bit hopeful.

While I do appreciate the effort, I really don’t see the validity of doing a tier list or any type of ranking of an entire filmography if you have not seen all of the films.
Also, West Craven absolutely created a nightmare on Elm Street, but he only directed scream. You can think Kevin Williamson for creating scream.
One last thing, you also forgot to mention the porno film that Wes directed in the 70s called Angela the Fireworks woman. Film Master Adam, one of the greatest RUclipsrs ever, has a very interesting video video about said film.
OK, the further I get into this video, the more things I have to say. I’m really not trying to hate. Just pointing out facts. The red eye trailer was never intended to trick people into thinking the film is supernatural. And honestly, I, nor anybody I have ever talked to, has ever felt that way about that trailer. His eye turning red is just cementing the fact that he is the threat of the film, and nothing else. I really don’t see how you think that makes it seem supernatural. it’s just a marketing ploy to make the threat more obvious.

18:51 I remember the picture from this movie, I know I seen it as a kid but I’ve no memory of it whatsoever. Same as that movie that has the cover being a withered up hand ringing a doorbell, that cover is etched into my mind but I can’t remember the movie, there’s a few covers of movies I remember just sitting on the shelves but can’t remember anything about them.
