If you have a VPN active, Disconnect it before you begin the entire setup! After your all good and can see your video feed you may reconnect your VPN.

I've had connectivity issues w/ my xFinity wifi for at least a month. I figured out that I needed to separate the 2.5=GHz & the 5 GHz so that my Amazon devices can connect to the net which has worked great for everything but the modules. I've tried everything you've suggested & more - I'm unable to connect the Synch Module 2's to the internet. The only other thing I can think of that c/b causing a problem is that the update to iOS 18.1.1 is causing issues that I can't figure out.

I could not connect my camera to the sync module because I blocked it from the internet with settings in the router. I did not recognize the device and blocked it.

This doesn't work for me. My wifi works great, and even if I add a blink camera on it's own it connect flawlessly. But the sync module will not accept my wifi password, and yes I've verified a dozen times it is the correct password. What a piece of junk...
