I bought this from Japan, is it supposed to come with a box topper/promo card?!?!
I think that no, I saw a few openings and there wasn't any promo in the boxes

for clarification, the box topper/promo usually only comes for the First Print of boxes. That box you opened is not a First Print as indicated by the "Reprint" in the top right corner
