When last week an Igbo Professor from Eboyin State complaint about discrimination from another Igbo State for being the VC of a Federal Government University, how many Igbos came to his rescue?

The problem with Nigeria is that we don't know each other - history, culture, geography, etc. So, if Oyo State alone is almost the size of all 5 S.E states combined in land mass, where are the surplus land to sell?
@@uzopaul871 wetin be umunna land? The ones Igbos are buying and selling in Lagos and other parts of the country are they not family land too? Some of you always cry discrimination but you discriminate against others, even among your fellow Igbos. That's the bitter truth...

How much Dr. Abati wants this to be true. Unfortunately it is not. He sited just one example which didn't even sound right. I personally know non igbos that have built houses for their igbos wife in igbo land. He also mentioned umunna land. That is family land. Why would someone want to settle their family land? I know some people do, but regardless of ethnicity people don't sell family land, not even to others of the same tribe. So Abati's point is baseless.
Your statement is the perfect definition of hypocrisy. They will not sell "umunna" land because, according to you, it belongs to the whole family. But the same people travel to other parts of the country, but they buy the land that belongs to other families in those places. The problem with you guys is that you are just clever by half!
@ogheneovhobigila8621 The families in other parts of the country that opted to sell their own family land(s) to prospective Igbo buyers, did they conduct the transactions under any form of duress or of their free will? If the lands collectively owned by the Umunna are not available for sale in the SE, what stops an interested buyer from going for other lands that are readily available in the same SE??
Who noticed d way ojy laughed wen he said something positive about dem but her countenance changed wen he said d negative side
That's natural. You would do same.

I don't know why this argument is continuing. If there are non igbos who have successfully bought land in igbo land, let them come up and say so.

There should be an international airport. True. But Igboland is landlocked, so no seaport is possible.
