    INGREDIENTS:
    9-10 medium sized Saba banana
    1/2 cup of brown sugar
    2 cups of veg oil or cooking oil

    Iba Pb to sa banana que? Kung Hindi man eh tinuhog ko na ung pulang kahon, Pahatid na lng ng niluto MO sa Bahay ko 😍😍👊👊

    I though cooking a bananaque is roll the banana in a sugar and put it in heated oil

      Hi you should fry it ist..before you add the sugar..to achieve the perfecr caramelized banana..if you roll it in a sugar..the sugar will end up burn and the banana is still not cook..

      Make sure po na hot ung oil..then add nyo ung sugar stir continuously hangang maging translucent ung sugar...
