Appreciate the compliments and thanks for watching! Haven't flown Etihad First myself but have watched plenty of videos. I tend to agree, I think Etihad First has met its match here!
Absolutely insane experience and what an honest and in depth review!! Seriously gotta keep an eye out to transfer my points for something as cool as this!!
Been watching airline review videos for a few years now. Glad I came across your account. Great content!! You deserve a lot more subscribers and views. Looking forward to seeing you grow! Stay blessed, brother!
Okay, just randomly got recommended to this channel and so glad the algo did. Only 1.3K subscribers? C'mon! Loved the content man, super detailed. Looking forward to possibly taking a first class flight on Japan Airlines in the future!
Wow! That looked incredible🤩 great video Mark, my favorite video so far☺️ I need to try out JL first as well😅 Keep up to good work🙏🏼 and this video deserves way more views!
I'm glad you enjoyed and it was your favorite! Makes me feel really good about the progression of my flight reviews!!! Thanks for the support T&A and keep up the great work as well! Big fan of your content!
Thanks for sharing your experience! I was looking for flight reviews from someone who is not vegan or vegetarian. Also, that eats good and indulges on the best dishes on the menu. I can relate more.
I'm the same way, I enjoy experiencing all the food the flight has to offer when flying business/first class. Thanks for watching and hope you enjoyed the food tour!
Nice review! I have a "round trip" First Class booking on the A350 next year for Japan. Leaving out of Dallas and returning to JFK. I was on the 777 first class earlier this year for the first time and really liked it along with the great service by the crew. I'm pretty excited to try out this new suite.
You're going to have an absolute blast, the new A350 is so worth it. And if you're flying business/first round trip on the A350, you may never be able to top that again lol. Thanks for watching!
Not yet but it's a great video idea that I've definitely had on my backlog! In my opinion, PointsYeah is best for quick searches and especially if you're just starting out in the points and miles game. Seats.aero is the overall best program in finding very specific award seats
I just finished watching the entire video and the detail you went into was amazing, from the lounge access to the in flight meals. The editing was superb and you captured the finer details of the First Class experience beautifully. Highly recommend if you’re into luxury air travel!
Incredible flight & review Mark! Love the quirky ways you showed how big the space is (workout haha). Also regarding the pyjamas, I was a given a 1-piece when I flew JAL business class, while yours looks like a 2-piece? I didn't experience the same dust issue with mine, which I would've also disliked a lot.
Thanks for watching Monty! Enjoyed the workout for sure lol. Glad you didnt run in to the same dust issues! It was definitely annoying thing but overall best flight of my life
I'd say the larger dining table. It would be awkward to use the small tray table on the side. The flight attendant mentioned business flyers would invite other coworkers to the cabin to work together, so I assume they all used the dining table
Highly recommend anyone who wants to try this to take the reverse route HND-JFK. Much more complete experience with JAL’s dedicated first class private check-in area and PRIVATE security. And the JAL’s first class lounge serves the award winning Afuri ramen. Plus, when you fly from HND - JFK, you get a $1300 bottle of Salon 2012 as a first class passenger, which my wife and I shared and emptied while seated face to face during the meal service.
@highvaluemanproject I had a really good experience overall so no need to complain. Hopefully someone on the JAL team eventually sees this and can make those improvements
I wonder if you had a friend in economy they would care about visiting and the amount of time. You could sleep three people in that room. knowing Japan they will care and have rules
I believe you're able to invite anyone in the aircraft regardless of cabin class. But I doubt they'd let them stay if the seat is in lie-flat mode. Your guests also couldnt enjoy any amenities such as food & drink while there
@@__withMarkthis might be a dumb question but when you say guests can’t enjoy any of the first class amenities, such as food, I’m assuming that means they can’t order their down dishes. Or do they have rules in place to where you couldn’t split your dish? To clarify- I’m not looking for a loophole around rules etc. As someone who can’t eat very much, this is something I’ve always wondered. Also wanted to add: your videos are top tier!
@elizabethjaro8539 Thanks for the compliment! I didnt ask for that specific case directly. But the info from the purser indicated guests can essentially enjoy the seat + entertainment screen and nothing else. I would lean towards it not being possible to split a dish. But the first class FA’s are incredibly kind and it wouldnt hurt to ask.
First class is such a gross ripoff. Third-rate food worse than you could get at any local diner, uncomfortable beds, cheapo cosmetic gifts and no investment in the things that matter like cabin noise reduction. Seriously -- better off just taking a sleeping tablet in economy and donating the cash differential to charity.
Which airline do you think has the world's best first class? And is Japan Airlines better than its rival ANA?
Etihad's First Class has finally been outclassed. Nice job JAL! And nice job to you mate, for showing us this BEAUTY of a seat!
Appreciate the compliments and thanks for watching! Haven't flown Etihad First myself but have watched plenty of videos. I tend to agree, I think Etihad First has met its match here!
Thank you. I flew JAL's new business class from Tokyo to Dallas. It was amazing!
Glad you enjoyed the flight! Haven’t had the chance yet to fly the new business class but hoping to soon!
Great video. It looks very dusty? E.g. 5:30, 5:05?
Beautiful Air Craft And Cabin.Great Trip Report And Info
Thanks for watching!
Wow that's such a cool flight Mark! Nice video
Thanks for watching and for the comment!!!
Absolutely insane experience and what an honest and in depth review!! Seriously gotta keep an eye out to transfer my points for something as cool as this!!
Thanks for all your support!!! Means a ton to me
I’m surprised how few subscribers you have. You definitely deserve more. The production quality is top tier. You just got a new sub :)
Thanks for the compliments Speny! This means a lot to me, one of the best comments I’ve received on my channel
What an incredible experience!
Thanks for watching!

Just discovered you. Subbed and good luck with growing your channel.
Thanks for watching! Excited to bring even more business/first class flights this year
Another great video! Thank you for sharing
Always! Thanks for the support!
Amazing review...

Dude this might be the most wild and luxurious of any of these that I’ve seen. Love this for you
It was ABSOLUTELY the wildest and most luxurious flight I've ever been on. Thanks for watching!!!
Omg the food looks so good. I would love to be on the flight, gonna have to save up my points! 😮
Check out the video recommendation at the end of this video to find out how to book!
Hey great video! Can you go into more details on how you book, how many points used etc. would love to see a detailed video.
Check the very end of the video! One of the videos I highlighted is a detailed guide on how to book
Thanks for watching and hope you enjoyed the food tour!
wowowow so insane! the pre appetizer appetizer looks so yummy
I will now coin the phrase "pre appetizer appetizer" for all future caviar dishes 🫡
That space is huge. Keep on travelling!!
Thanks for watching and the support!

Wow absolutely amazing. Do you a recommendation/comparison video on award flight tracker like Roame, points me, pointsyea, seats.aero?

what are your are your facebook or instagra where we can get notified on your next video?
Round trip or one way?
one way
I really like your videos; how many months in advance should we book our ticket if we use miles to get the best deal?
Thanks for watching! Book 360 days in advance through Cathay Pacific to get the best deal
and thanks for sharing how you booked it for cheap!
Hope others are able to experience the same flight with their points!

It was definitely annoying thing but overall best flight of my life
Which table would you use if you wanted to work on a laptop?
I'd say the larger dining table. It would be awkward to use the small tray table on the side. The flight attendant mentioned business flyers would invite other coworkers to the cabin to work together, so I assume they all used the dining table
Why didnt u cover pre flight lounge
Make working out in the air a regular part of the review!!
Haha if only every first class seat had enough space for a workout 💀
This Barca team does not play well all the time but they are clinical in finishing
Yeah they should sponsor you!
If only 😭

So you can have an apartment in the air nice 🔥🔥
I honestly wanted to live there with how nice it was lol. Thanks for watching!
I’m not sure the working out midair would work for me, though…
airplane food better than my cooking 😢
Better than everyone's cooking 🫢
How does coming from New York to Tokyo take 15 hours that long?
USD 18000 return ticket or One Way ?????
One way 🤯
That’s a lot bigger space than my first class experience
Definitely one of the largest first class cabins in the world! Maybe only second to Singapore Airlines Suites. Thanks for watching!
You need to try some high quality Scottish whisky.
For a $18,000 flight JAL should include better quality pajamas... Great Video!!
Agreed! The dust was unfortunately a very disappointing part of the experience. Thanks for watching!
@@__withMarkcomplain about the dust
@highvaluemanproject I had a really good experience overall so no need to complain. Hopefully someone on the JAL team eventually sees this and can make those improvements
Team headphones for sure
Same team 🤝
shout out flight attendants
Fantastic service all around. Thanks for watching Jose!
Not realted... but I need everyone to know that Delta is the best airline
Hot take 🫢
135k for one way redemption i suppose. it cant be too cheap for return
Did the movie selection at least pass the star wars check
It failed both the Star Wars and Lord of the Rings check :/
Headphones make my ears sweaty
My ears definitely get fatigued after a while as well 👍
Eating the caviar off the mother or pearl spoon 🤦🤣🤣🤣 too funny
That's what it's there for 🤷🏽♂️
I wonder if you had a friend in economy they would care about visiting and the amount of time. You could sleep three people in that room. knowing Japan they will care and have rules

My two kids love that type of food, but not for me or my wife...no thanks...I'd go hungry on that flight, but probably get nicely drunk.
It looks like my dormitory cubicle at the Convent. Of course there was no tech stuff and no windows. The JAL one is much nicer.

I don't know your financial status, young man, but $200 is not a lot of money, especially for Champagne
He clearly paid a lot more for this flight, You are a sour grape..
