This track is from their third album "Express Non-Stop" which peaked at number 3 on the album charts in Denmark so, no it wasn't a flop). It was only just released last September and since it's release they have released another non album single, so no they haven't disappeared off the face of the earth. Also "Express Non-Stop" was not download only. It is also available on CD. I have the CD.

Obviously they are very popular here in Denmark and you can't hardly
go to any festival without them being on the schedule.
the start of the song is a sort of rip of "Baba O'Riley" by the Who... the intro song of their 1971 Classic album "Who's next" ...
+ at 2:55 in New York what that dread man is doin' there ? the man is a cult musician... seems that (nearly) nobody here knows him ?
He was a member and leader of Chic back in the late 70s and he made so many more interesting things later as well...
