On my EDC keychain (always in my pocket/3.2 ounces): Leatherman Squirt PS4 (13 years old and still working!), mini flashlight, mini whistle, mini tweezers, small pill holder with extra flashlight batteries and a toothpick, small paracord key chain. All items are 2 inches or less.

On my keychain I have a small AAA flashlight from CountyComm with a longer run time and a good quality keychain knife. Also you can get a small tube shape pepper spray from Mace. Cool video and great phone charger.

I've been trying to find the best key rings (those aircraft rings) that will last the longest and also looking for the smallest size. Only have a few things on my key ring dont need a huge hoop!

Now I'm trying to decide between a spyderco bug/honeybee or a good ol swiss army classic for the keychain. That way I have a blade of some sort on my keychain 👍
I like a big clip knife for quick access in my pocket, so I use the Spiderco Endura clip knife. Bought it for $25 over 30 years ago but they go for nearly $100 now. Best knife I ever owned!

I'd rather keep using my keybak wich also has a (rovyvon) flashlight , an emergencywhistle and my housekeys on , I also have a leatherman Surge hanging on my belt (wich already has a knife , so I see no use in carrying a dedicated knife) , and as for my transport, I only have a motorbike wich I only use occasionally so I keep those keys seperate, also the size of the keychain shown here would annoy me sooo much, it's way too sloppy .... and the rest like meds and stuff I keep in my edc bag of wich I learned quite a few things from Jon Gadget to put in it.
