    What a wonderful job the volunteers at The ESR have done in this ground-up restoration of 46447. It truly is a great credit to their dedication, and looks simply stunning. You have done a cracking job of capturing this momentous Day...Well filmed with some new locations iv'e never seen before....Best wishes....Steve.

    Fantastic Video. No doubt 46447 will be a very popular loco, although it does seem a bit of a shame to keep it cooped up on such a short line. Cameron

    was this one of the two 2MT's that was sat un restored at the isle of wight railway?

      They have 2 tank variants, this one is different (as due to its tender and wheel arrangement of course)
