This made a big change for me also norman powell base made a huge change for me. Went from 30% tot around 55% I try avoiding shooting multiple threes and have dunks in between to reset the algorithm.
Yes indeed. I have on gold and it seem to be great get 8 threes up and possibly go 6/8 from three unlike silver set shot specialist which let you hit 4/8 from three
Silver gives a 3% boost and gold gives a 7% that’s huge

@@jontaecoburn6890 I'm enjoying this 6'9 I made I was using in this video, I'll make the build video soon. Yes the 7 footer is solid I will say it's a bit slow in park because you mainly play against 6'7 centers so you have to take advantage of your size to make it worth it

When rebounding when do you press Y? Do you press Y way before the ball hits the rim, barely before the ball hits the rim or after the ball hits the rim?
And do you hold Y or just tap it once?

I’m sure there is algorithm around you missing them open shots. I’m sure everyone that plays had at least one game if not multiple games where you didn’t miss a shot.
@@willbug3784 forsure people think you can't have perfect shooting games but I've had multiple. You just can't expect to go perfect every single game this year like you could in NBA 2K24
@@TonicKeyboardif 2k lab just shown that there’s a green window for every shot but just adjusting in time /place doesn’t that mean every shot is still possible to make?
@@bankbih8003 I don't think anyone could hit 20 shots in a row in a park game, so I would say no

What do you think about a 6'7 center that has legend rebound chaser and 90 vert? Can it go toe to toe with a 7' with legend rebound chaser too? Considering its faster.
Is this best for pgs hitting off screens too? Been debating doing Deadeye or Set Shot I like deadeye cuz I take some questionables😂😂😂
You can definitely get it to activate off screens if you have a second to stop before you shoot, definitely worth it over deadeye unless you find yourself taking a ton of off the dribble shots using screens

I have my plus 1 in lighting launch legend. I cant have both. Which one should i keep set shot or lighting launch. I am 6 2 pg
@@YaO_MeaN that is a rough call, as a PG it's more important to be able to create a shot so I would say lightning launch

Look Tonic, I love your content man but you can't be saying that shooting is RNG-based when the visual cue is still consistent with the green window. It will speed up or slow down, sure, but you can still green regardless if it's your 6-7th shot, you just need to pay attention to your cue. Doing so will guarantee the green. You cannot rely on just "feel" this year. It sucks that this misinfo is being spread around because of a chart that was already explained, but whatever. Shooting's already fine as is (especially if you mastered rhythm shooting) but sadly 2K will probably fold like they have every year since '19.
I understand the moving green window based on your shooting cue, but I'm talking about no pure green window being in 2K25, Mike Wang confirmed it. Even if you perfectly time a shot every time with a zen you will still miss some. But yes you have to shoot with visual cue this year going off of feeling like a lot of people do won't work
Bro anyone who’s played for a long time can feel the RNG. Last year it I missed I KNEW I missed bc I mistimed it. It also had a pure green window so you could hit contested shots consistently. This year it’s a toss up if you can make contested shots. 2k Definitely is making us miss this year even with some perfect timings
People keep misunderstanding this. We think pure green window means static or not moving if you release your shot 521-537 ms after the press of the button you will always green. However that same 16 ms window is there it just moves now. So there is a pure window for every shot its just sometimes at 481-496 ms or 550-565ms. This was done to combat the zens we all complained about and yes also to make shooting harder so the game can be more realistic
@@jacobcooper7064 I've been hitting contested fades, go-to shots, and stepbacks in 5v5 proving grounds at an even better rate than no squads rec last year. It doesn't feel like RNG at all especially with rhythm shooting, even with human error in mind. I've been playing since 2k12, I've never seen the community this bitched about something since 21 with post hook shot aiming. Tatis Jr. jumping passing lane steals are a bigger problem yet people are less outraged by it than a little shooting variance that's been in every 2K since the dawn of time
@@tjrateh forsure most people want to release the jumpshot the exact same time Everytime and it be green, when it comes to zens the still have scripts to read the rhythm shooting and the meter so it didn't work as well as they wanted unfortunately

@@FallenANGEL0001 yes, level 15 in the battle pass and level 30 give you the +1s. You can put it on in the badges, then go to badge perks

Stop saying rng cause everyone else saying it. Its not in the game. Yall just cant shoot consistently. The few that have know its just basketball physics and not just solely timing. Once you accept that you will shoot better. All these tips and tricks are for nothing. Hint: focus on your visual cue like you focus on it using rhythm shooting. Thank me later. Yall just timing and timing and timing and selling. No matter the jumpshot speed off the catch, fade, whatever just focus on your cue and you will be fine it may be faster or slower. The release point you set for example setpoint, push whatever is the only thing you focus on. Imagine listening to youtubers that know nothing and soley gone shoot the same timing even tho the shot faster or slower. What u think gone happen? Use common sense 😂😂😂
