- New Orleans native Charlie Andrews demonstrates how to make a Homemade Cookies N cream cake. It has white chocolate, along with chocolate sandwich cookies in which the cookies themselves and the filling are added into the cake batter and into the frosting. This recipe calls for 20 to 22 servings. It is absolutely delicious. Hope you all will give this recipe a try.

Cousin!!! 😁 I'm down the 7lbs I had picked up last year. I have now learned what moderation mean. 🤫🤭 Because of that I can make this DELICIOUS CAKE. And won't have to make midnight kitchen runs. This is a beautiful cake. I could tell that it was really moist by when you cut a slice. The knife just cut into it with such great ease. Wow, I was drooling for a piece of that amazing looking cake.

Update to my previous post: It came out great! I think next time I make the recipe I'll add the almond extract as well. But everyone loved it. Half of its gone already! And the rest might not make it to Mardi Gras. Thanks so much for sharing your recipes Charlie!

You make everything for scratch, I have never seen you use a box cake or box anything you’re serious about your craft and it shows in more ways than one. hey I see you posted a recipe for carrot cake six years ago I will most definitely be baking that tomorrow Charlie and I’m going to try that Banana pudding cake next week, I’ll let you know how I make out with that. The carrot cake I am well familiar with I used to make it all the time, I just haven’t made it in years. The banana pudding cake will be my first time. Hey Charlie, do you have a recipe for apple cobbler?.
Oh before I go allow me to share this with you CharIie, I refer to you as my Charlie, my great great grandbaby said to me, mama he’s not your Charlie he’s everyone’s Charlie and I replied to her, well I’m a part of everyone. She then said, oh that makes sense. When you post your recipes she come running with her laptop, look what your Charlie put up. I say oh he’s my Charlie, yeah mama he’s your Charlie. Just thought I’d share that with you ❤😊. Don’t ask me why.
