Hi Dr I became surprised that you said that BPD can be treated. But my understanding or as per my reading BPD can not be treated rather can be handled. For Example BPD and Narcistic behavior have the same problem and the difference between them is Narcistic problem can be treated but BPD can not be treated but handled. likewise BPD and Bi-polar have the same problem but while Bi-polar disorder problem can be teated but BPD can not be treated rather be handled. How do you see

The go-to treatment for BPD is called DBT. People with BPD can take treatment & improve their interpersonal relationships, impulsivity, etc..
NPD cannot be treated as far as I know, they will never come to psychological institute to begin with yehone cheger kalderesebachew beker.
