I ended up just pulling the lever and curling up in the corner lol That was our last chance and we didn't have enough to meet quota so we were fired

Funfact, the dev started by making horror games on ROBLOX. He made the terrifying roblox games ‘Lightbulb’ which was unfinished, and ‘silent dark’ which was pretty spooky.
I really love it when the monsters in horror games have behavior that isnt just "beeline towards player and do funni scream". All the monsters in this game act completely different to each other.

Subnautica had the problem that once you knew where things were and also knew that the monsters cant really destroy your ship, it wasnt that scary anymore. With the random seeds, the random monsters, the ability to continuously add new monsters and maps etc., that fear of the unknown is always there. The multiplayer aspect just makes it 100x better too, so many opportunities for funny moment, scary moment, genius game idea.
One of my favorite moments from this game was when my cousin and I found a hairdryer. We were laughing so hard at the fact that it actually worked and didn't hear the turret activating behind us.

The monster that hides has such a damn good ai It knows where you are at all times and knows where you are looking, learns your habits on how you look around until it’s able to sneak up on you even if you are frantically looking around. It will even run around to set up ambushes if needed

For the controller, if you go onto the monitor you can type "view monitor" and get the map on there instead, it also lets you hack doors which is vital in some cases. I've had a situation where my friend was about to be killed by something sprinting towards him and I saved him by closing doors he ran through to stop the monster.

Lethal company! A good game, found it a day after it came out of beta. Played it with my boyfriend, and we both had a blast! I hope they add more creatures with more unique behaviors! (Little rant incoming) The Bracken or “flower man” is my favorite. This creature is the one with the pitch black body, glowing white eyes, and “leaf-like” appendages sticking out of its back. You can see Charlie die to it in the video. It will stalk the player, constantly trying to stay out of sight. It is VERY AGGRESSIVE! However you can “scare” it off / pause it momentarily by looking at it. I say “scare” because it’s more like the brief moment of a predator trying to figure out if you are prey or not. However, if you look at it too much it will outright kill you. It is very common to simply have your neck snapped in the dark, without ever seeing it coming.
I feel like it’s an oversight to not tell us what this game is called. If we want to play it, we have no clue what it is unless we learn from some other source. But even more importantly, the game devs should be shouted out if their game is going to be used on a YT channel.

13:18 For those who don't know, this isn't a glitch. Sometimes after killing someone that monster will just become passive and follow you to stare at you (I think its considered a curious state), eventually switching back to kill mode.

For the controller, if you go onto the monitor you can type "view monitor" and get the map on there instead, it also lets you hack doors which is vital in some cases. I've had a situation where my friend was about to be killed by something sprinting towards him and I saved him by closing doors he ran through to stop the monster.
im always amazed at how everyone who plays this game can just spot the faintest of movement in the darkness like they'll stare into the mist for a nanosecond and be like "oh shit" and start running and im just there like "what is it??? what did they see" i'd be dead so quickly playing this game

The Bracken or “flower man” is my favorite. This creature is the one with the pitch black body, glowing white eyes, and “leaf-like” appendages sticking out of its back. You can see Charlie die to it in the video. It will stalk the player, constantly trying to stay out of sight. It is VERY AGGRESSIVE! However you can “scare” it off / pause it momentarily by looking at it.
I say “scare” because it’s more like the brief moment of a predator trying to figure out if you are prey or not.
However, if you look at it too much it will outright kill you.
It is very common to simply have your neck snapped in the dark, without ever seeing it coming.
Wendigoon’s laughter when Jackson took off with the jet pack was so fucking good 😂😂

I feel like it’s an oversight to not tell us what this game is called. If we want to play it, we have no clue what it is unless we learn from some other source. But even more importantly, the game devs should be shouted out if their game is going to be used on a YT channel.
