@muhammadimran-mj7zw follow the steps as mentioned in video, or export the graph to ppt or word file. Fill all details correctly in the dialogue box also
You ask laboratories for particular analysis, if that analysis is not available there then send the samples to another lab where facilities available And request to send UV, IR, NMR analysis

At 13:46, can you explain, as increasing the number of points to smooth the data, what happens to the curve. Like for greater data points, is it like manipulating data or what?
The number of points increased for adjustment of baseline, actually you can adjust as it is based on available points as default and no need to increase the points
Hii, if you are using old version of origin software, then you can see add straight line option , Otherwise there is another option. In new version of origin we can see one option in LEFT menu Bar to see the value of peaks, That I will tell you tomorrow, as I m outdoor
There is Data reader option in left side ribbon menu to get the value of peaks, Also watch my new video of stacked IR graph, there you can get information about Data Reader.
Sir, can you explain why is it necessary to do.. I mean what is the logic? In internet, they say because of background or improper sample preparation we do this. I also read somewhere that, to just shift the peak up or down or to delete unwanted blank spaces we do this? I am totally confused. Would be kind of you, if you can explain it?

It is shifted just above the curve for baseline correction, no exact measurements

Hii, we are not manipulating the data of graphs or not deleting any peaks, just for best appearance of the graph we do this...

For a good graph, data contains transmittance in the form of more and less values, otherwise we can't get the peaks in the graphs .
