You should try making your own turkey burgers, all you need is turkey thigh mince you can pop it in in a bowl, I add garlic and the salt and pepper seasoning you get in home bargains. Then mix it in with a fork and shape them into burgers! Less calories and cheaper xx
I have a question, Idk if you ever mentioned, but I was wondering when you calorie count to lose weight, do you ever worry about or count the amount of macronutrients (carbs, proteins, fat), or it didn't matter much for your weight loss?
i geel like if i ate that i wouldnt loose weight and i choose ur vid cus we look like the same weight n stuff lol, my metabolism is like weird tho idk whyyy ahahaha recipes look so good ima try them im just trynna to go from like 102 to 95 in like 2 months i loose weight fast but i also gain fast
