Nah, I played the first game, the scene played after you clicked "New Game"... Also, I wanna see you react to the intros of ToAru. It´s an anime franchise divided in 3 shows: To Aru Majutsu no Index (6 openings), To Aru Kagaku no Railgun (7 openings) and To Aru Kagaku no Accelerator (1 opening).
Your reaction was amazing! Kingdom Hearts is pretty famous for three things: having Disney and Final Fantasy characters, its complex plot, and its ability to make people cry regardless of how well they understand what's going on. These games have truly MASTERED emotional storytelling. And, yeah, the characters go through a LOT over the course of the games, including being lost in a realm of darkness/depression for over a decade, dying and being forgotten by everyone who knew you in order to save their lives, and losing all sense of identity. Yet, they preserver. That perseverance has given Kingdom Hearts a very nice tone of hope coupled with the occasional spat of non-stop crying. Not only are the openings amazing, but the in-game music is legendary for how good it is. "The Other Promise," "Vector to the Heavens," and "Dearly Beloved" are some of the franchise's most revered songs.
"It gets dark" he says.... YOU HAVE NO IDEA of everything that has happened. There are 9? games before this one, each one adding more and more complicated plot. There's a trailer of KH4, just so you know. Spoilers This KH3 was very expected and waited, around 10 years. It was supposed to be the end of the saga. The reunion of every "lost" character you've played in the previous games (Aqua, Terra, Ventus, Roxas and Xion) was very emotional. "The main character doesnt get a rest", saddest part is, when everything is done and everyone is happy and reunited... he dies. The last world, that beautiful place with clear skyes in the op where he is alone, is pretty much the purgatory TT_TT
Different songs and videos play before the menu. I'm not s guy that cries in movies but if I ever feel like I need a good cry, there is a song in this series that ALWAYS squeezes the tears out. Xions theme. Being one of the few people that played 358/2, Xions theme and Roxas's themes always get me. When Roxas's theme plays towards the end of KH 2 I always have to pause for a minute. A lot of the music is fun and light hearted like most of the game, but that darkness is lying right beneath the surface. I have a feeling Disney had no idea what they were giving their characters to when they partnered up with Square. Also "fighting for a future he never gets" damn man. Play this game. Test that prediction. You won't regret it.
@@blakec8549 358/2 is one of the best games of this saga. And I think one of the most necessary to understand the characters/plot of the main game. That and Birth By Sleep (the rest the flashbacks in the main games are enough)
The reason you're feeling the feels in KH2 and KH3's openings is likely because the visuals recap events from previous games. Now if you WANT to feel sad, the ending theme for KH3, Don't Think Twice (Or Chikai if you wanna listen to the JP version), is devastating. Highly recommend. Edit: Upon listening to the song again, it might even be a good idea to check out both Don't Think Twice AND Chikai. They're just different enough in my opinion. Yoko Shimamura is one of the greatest composers of all time, in my humble opinion. Rivals even classical ones. I don't remeber the song's name, but the fight with Leviathan in FFXV had one of my favorite songs ever. She's amazing.

A Kingdom Hearts anime would be one of the most successful animes of all time, yet simultaneously one of the most difficult to get right. Dozens of hours worth of Lore that aren't even covered within the main story of the games themselves kind of lore. It's insane.
I mean Disney could “make” it. Just let the Japanese team that made the games, make the anime. It can get dubbed in many different languages and it would be massively successful. Disney really wouldn’t even have to do anything except cut a deal for their characters to be used for $X amount of money and then sit back and relax. 🤷🏻♂️
Yeah it would, there’s so much existing lore how would they even go about a chronological retelling 😂 while I’d be so happy if they did, I would probably be ok with an anime following a character we aren’t as familiar with to keep the lore a bit contained. Like subject x, yozora, master of masters origin
So fun fact, we almost didn’t have the third opening! Utada did the first two openings because she’s a good friend of Nomura (the creator of the series), after he revealed he was a fan of hers. So she had no hesitation to create many more openings, but they realized how popular the series was becoming and Utada rightfully requested more money. However Nomura stated that publisher Square Enix refused, so in return Utada refused to do more openings. And Nomura refused to get anyone else to do the music, he said Utada WAS the voice of Kingdom Hearts, so we had only the two themes for several games until they finally announced they came to an agreement for KH3 years later. All of the endings, also done by Utada, are amazing as well if you’d like to check them out! These videos play whenever you start a new game to remind you the feels it took to get there and the future to come, which is a lot because it’s reminding you about 8 games worth of memories! I requested a couple Nier tracks your last KH video, I’m still hoping to see Weight of the World (End of YorHa edition), A Beautiful Song, Grandma, Blu-bird, and a few others. But also the opening to Parasite Eve is a hit, it’s an old PS1 game and the second game I ever played so it has memories lol. But there’s also Fire Emblem: Three Houses’s soundtrack (God Shattering Star is one of the best), and if you’re thinking anime-wise maybe Gundam Wing, Psycho-Pass or Robotech/Macross? There’s a bunch to choose from, I could literally make a list, lol.
@@iPetable No, the main reason why is because when KH III was first announced, it was going to be on an in-house engine developed by Square but about two years in, they decided to change engines to UE4 and none of the assets were able to be transferred so that one change set them back a bit. However with KH IV, they already said that they'd start development in UE4 and then switch to UE5 when they're able to and the assets will transfer over. So the wait between III and IV shouldn't be as long.
@@abbysaito5348 bdkshdjsjdks watching a Beautiful Song and Grandma reduce me to tears with gameplay attached, I’d be watching him watch it with tears running down my face
@@iPetable It wasn’t the MAIN reason, but this was something that started around Chain of Memories/KH2, era, so it’s why BBS, 358/2, 3D, and RE: Coded all had Sanctuary/Passion. Nomura released an interview where he stated the higher ups were trying to fight it and he was apologetic towards Utada because he respected her so much. But @OCEANAfan1991 is correct they switched engines and were overhauling stuff they originally had, so Nomura used that time to bargain with her and the company
The openings for Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance and Kingdom Hearts A Fragmentary Passage are also REALLY good! Also, I would love to watch videos of you playing the Kingdom Hearts games! If you want to, that is!
I think those two openings would have a better payoff in terms of reactions if he reacted to them at the start of playthroughs. That way he gets to feel the full weight of moments like everyone coming out of the books at the end of DDD's opening, or Xehanort being his usual asshole self near the end of 0.2's opening.
This is the realest reaction channel I've seen. You're going in blind but you feel the actual emotion that the game's totally giving off without actually knowing anything about it. I love this channel. Keep it up, Man!!
"What does it all mean?" This is the question that Kingdom Hearts constantly asks, because the story is complicated. There are so many games in the Kingdom Hearts universe and they are all connected. There are YT videos where the story is told that go just under 1 hour (beware of spoilers!). But you get that cutscene at the beginning of the game (and yes, all Kingdom Hearts opening credits are just great).
I've been playing Kingdom Hearts since 2006. The gameplay is SOOO much fun. The first two games especially have some of the most rewarding and balanced combat I've ever played. Gamer to gamer I HIGHLY recommend them.
I’ll tell you right now, the kingdom hearts franchise is the first set of games I ever played (starting at PS2) and it changed my life. I met so many people because of this franchise and my love for genuine Disney grew into almost an obsession. Forever my favorite games, can’t wait for KH4!
Kingdom hearts will always be my favorite video game series. The story is absolutely insane and depressing, and a bit confusing at times. But it’s so rewarding if you take the time to understand it.
Kingdom Hearts is my favorite video game series of all time! Loved seeing you react to the 3 main games. Highly recommend a playthrough of the games. The music is solid throughout the entire series and just makes you feel all of the emotions. (Definitely recommend a watch of the KH 0.2 Fragmentary Passage Opening, great remix) A fun fact is that every single game has its own rendition of the main menu song, Dearly Beloved.
I cried seeing this opening. I starrted Kingdom Hearts in around in 2003. When KH3 came out in 2019, I cried during this video, seeing all the character's painful journey in this opening. All the pain and hardships.
I don't want to trauma dump but for a couple dark moments in my life, the idea of wanting to see this game release kept me going. And after 13 years it came out when I was finally seeing things get better for myself. It made the weight of finally getting to play it so much more personal for me, and this song meant a lot to me ever since. Don't Think Twice, this, Sanctuary, Simple and Clean have been a staple of my life that I'm so glad to see other people enjoy. And more than that, get it. Cuz my boy Sora is the nicest, sweetest character I've ever seen and I want just want him to be happy.
Birth By Sleep, Dream Drop Distance, and 0.2 Final Chapter Prologue all use 'Simple and Clean' but they have unique opening movies so even if you dont react to them you should give them a watch!
It’s easy to make fun of the convoluted story of Kingdom hearts (and rightfully so it can be a mess lol) but I believe the openings are kingdom hearts In it’s purest form and perfectly display why it is such a popular and beloved series. Beautiful, emotional, charming, flashy, and hype. Will always love this series with all my heart (teehee). Ps. Yes all of these openings play at the start of each game, and no our boy Sora (main character) will never catch a break 😭
I don't think people would complain if it wasn't for the fact that for a long time, every game would be on a different system so if you missed one game, you would be missing a HUGE chunk of the lore. Even for someone who enjoys Kingdom Hearts, missing one game makes the next game in the series you pick up seem like nonsense. Imagine not playing DDD and actually playing Kingdom Hearts 2 then Kingdom Hearts 3, it would seem convoluted and nonsensical.
I would absolutely pay so much money to see you play the KH series, it's sooooo good. You're really emotionally tuned and the storytelling in KH is emotional, not necessarily logical, so I think it's a perfect fit for you
Check the openings of the KH games: Birth by Sleep, KH 2.8 (is a little more of BBS) and KH Dream drop distance. That's the ones you lack (with good cinematics) I remember the hype with the secret ending of the first game, "Deep dive",the fight in the tower in the rain. Amazing (by that time we didnt understand anything, the numbers, why RIku had a blindfold, who was the blond fighting with 2 keyblades...)
I'm not ganna lie, I've never commented on a youtube video before but kingdom hearts is by far my favorite game series of all time. I literally play through the whole series every year. I got all teary eyed just watching your reaction. If you every decide to stream the game I will watch every second of it. (Even if you don't stream it you gotta play it. You won't regret it.)
I started watching your Attack on Titan reactions but I'm just a general viewer of your videos now. I appreciate how genuine you are in your reactions! I grew up playing this series and the intros definitely get me emotional too because growing up they were my absolute favorite.
Face My Fears is just narrowly my favorite Kingdom Hearts OP, and it all comes down to the opening movie. KH is a franchise known for having incredibly dense and convoluted lore, but when you fully understand the whole story, when you truly understand the game of cosmic chess Xehanort played with our heroes, Face My Fears truly becomes a swan song for all the strife, separation, and suffering everyone has gone through at the hands of one man.
The Kingdom Hearts Series has Many Dark, Heart Breaking and Emotional moments so it is worth playing through especially for the story as it’s not as confusing as many make it out to be since the info/lore is readily available for the most part even more so with the complete set of games being Free now on PS Plus.
Man is a natural, this video is making me decide to replay the series yet again. Love the emotion from this video cant wait for you to react to the last one "Don't Think Twice"
You're spot on man the main character doesn't get a break in the Kingdom hearts games haha but he always does his best to make everyone else happy and he tries to do it with a smile on his face. I love this series ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🖤🤍👑
The other kingdom hearts openings I think are worth checking out like the birth by sleep ones and dearly beloved is such an iconic beautiful kingdom hearts ost 😭💕
Your comment about the protagonist not catching a break is spot on. Kingdom Hearts is a series with friendship at its core, and one of the biggest sources of tragedy is *almost* reuniting with your friends. People are split apart just after reuniting constantly, never allowed a moment to truly enjoy their time together. All those shots of characters reaching for each other and just barely missing are indicative of the entire franchise. Despite their best efforts, none of these friends are allowed to stay together for long.
By far my absolute favorite video game series . I reallt think you should check the games out though man,you would fall in love with the series and characters. It's truly a phenomenal story
Yes, Utada Hikaru sings the 3 openings of the franchise (and frankly, if Square Enix didn’t ask her to, there would be an uprising from the fans 😂). The opening you reacted to is the intro of the game and is a recap of the previous ones. You play the game and you have scenes of the same quality than the intro each time you advance in the story. Even with the Disney characters, the story is beautiful and yes, very heartbreaking at times. I heard Disney is working on an animated serie of the franchise. I can’t wait !!!
Some of the favorite Boss themes from the series: *Dark Impetus* (Birth by Sleep) *Destati* (Kingdom Hearts) *Vector to the Heavens* (358/2 Days Remastered) *Darkness of the Unknown* (Kingdom Hearts 2) *L’Eminenza Oscura* (Dream Drop Distance)
"...fighting for a future he never gets..." It's so refreshing to get an outsiders perspective in something you love. Not in a million years would I have thought to describe Sora struggles like that. Marvelous
I have been eating up your videos like candy for the past week. I had to subscribe, it's just been that satisfying watching your journey. But damn man, I want nothing more than to watch you play through Kingdom Hearts now. That was such a life-changing journey for me, growing up with the series. I played the first game as a kid, and the "third" game I played the first time alongside my son. I'm glad you can feel a glimmer of the emotions these games gave me, because yes, the whole series is just as powerful as this one video.
So good! Thank you so much for the amazing reaction! I love how emotional you are when reacting to these openings. I'm not sure it'll happen anytime soon but I would love to see a reaction to the kingdom hearts III final battle trailer. It was one of the best trailers I have ever seen for a game. As always thank you again!
The way you feel emotions so strongly is amazing, it makes your reactions so enjoyable. I feel like just by watching you I also feel the emotions more ☺️
Thank you so much for doing OP 3 too, and in full without any cuts even! How do you even do that man you are a wizard when it comes to navigating this shit lol
I love that they integrated pretty much if not every single game in the series into this intro so that’s why it’s so emotionally weighted😊 because the series is
This story gets way deeper than you expect! im on that list of everyone here saying for you to play the game. Each characters arc is just so good. If you do i wanna be there to watch and enjoy with you.
from a gameplay perspective the kingdom hearts series are mostly action RPGS (theres a decent amount of games and they all have different gimmicks to them) where you go around different disney worlds with donald and goofy as you save them from being destroyed also if you have a playstation you can play the whole series for free if you have PS plus extra so if that sounds interesting to you i would give it a try
This man gets it. The music is so powerful and moving If you like video game music that has no lyrics, check out dearly beloved from KH. It is the title screen music and it is so beautiful they remix it for every game to fit the vibe
Fun Fact: The fight between Roxas & Axel if you play the games in release order is a bit of an intense fight, but only after the next games came it shows how heavy of a plot point it was. (Easily among the top 5 heavy moments without including Sora)
As I said in the video before on Kingdom Hearts, this game saved my life, and taught me to rely on my friends, to love the world around us, and to protect those who are dear to us. For me, it is absolutely necessary to play this game to appreciate and understand the music and videos even more. In any case, I always love your videos and your reactions, and it's normal to be touched by the music of Kingdom Hearts!
Don’t Think Twice! Considered it as a song during my wedding ceremony, but I chose Dearly Beloved instead ❤ loved this franchise since I was 10, almost due for a replay
I know all my KH fans up in here are tearing from the excitement and experience you’re going through. This is truly one of those things I wish I could experience for the first time all over again . To answer a couple questions: KH3 isn’t that old ( at least if you’re comparing the KH2 to KH3 gap) and 4 is in the makes so we’re all excited for that Also if you do buy it to play there’s the 1.5 + 2.5 combo
A lot of us waiting 15 years for the this game and u need to play them to get the full emotional weight of ending 3 dont think twice but u must hear that beautiful masterpiece
I'm just saying, if you had another channel where you played games and you played Kingdom Hearts, I would watch the entire series. I love seeing people react to KH for the first time, and based on what you said and how you reacted to the openings, I think you'd love them.
If you're interested there is a video series called "A good enough summary of Kingdom Hearts" by Barry Kramer. It is a basic summary of the 3 main series games plus the spin off games. Even if you may play the games at some point I'd love to see you react to it.
So I recently finished a game called Trails from Zero, and I have to recommend the song 'Inevitable Struggle', the Super Arrange version. It's incredible
I'm just in my 4th game in the Trails franchise. The order of games as I played them: Sky, Sky SC, Cold Steel, Cold Steel II (current) ...I'll go with Cold Steel III or Zero next depending on which one I find cheaper when I finish II.
I feel like it should be worth mentioning that both the Kingdom Hearts 2 and 3 openings are meant to serve as soft recaps of the story up to that point, it doesn't go into all the finer details but fans of the series would still understand everything that's happening. Needless to say, yes, if you had played every game up to the Kingdom Hearts 3 opening, you would probably be getting emotional and possibly crying... a lot. My favourite part is the whole chess board theme throughout the opening with the villain placing the pieces of the villains and using them to attack the other characters on the board before eventually taking his own piece and placing it directly in front of the main character as he takes on the appearance that he's most known for at that point, just simply perfection. Edit: Also, I've argued this point in the past but I feel like Kingdom Hearts NEEDS the Disney characters... it would just be a long string of depressing circumstances otherwise.
kingdom hearts is my favorite media ever, no question, no contest. you should definitely play these games, you WILL get attatched to this cast and you WILL cry and it''ll be a great time
Kingdom hearts is my most favorite franchise ever! I’m so glad to see you liking the songs they’re the best! Also there’s one more song you got to react to! Don’t think twice
This was a great reaction! A lot of the music from Kingdom Hearts can be pretty emotional. More Kingdom Hearts tracks I recommend reacting to: Dearly Beloved (Kingdom Hearts 2), Hikari/Simple and Clean orchestral version (Dream Drop Distance opening), Riku's theme, Night of Fate, Kairi's theme and Hollow Bastion.
Transistor has some really great songs in it. My favorites are “We All Become” and “In Circles.” And there’s a really neat version of “In Circles” called “_n C_rcl_s” that plays during a boss fight. Ugh that’s such a good game.
I adore the Kingdom Hearts series, and I honestly appreciate that every entry ends in tragedy to at least some degree, every "step forward" requiring great effort and/or sacrifice. Though my personal favorite aspect is how it starts with a traditional "light good, darkness bad" dichotomy but then constantly calls that way of thinking into question.
I already cry so often with KH openings but the one that will always make me BAWL is the *Dream Drop Distance opening* which has the orchestral version of Simple and Clean!

@@GOTGames you should both kH2 and kh3 are the best but my favourite game is the 2nd one so many emotions in the 2nd my ex got me into them games and the music just incredible you should listen to it In. Japness but I hope you do play it
A Kingdom Hearts anime would be one of the most successful animes of all time, yet simultaneously one of the most difficult to get right. Dozens of hours worth of Lore that aren't even covered within the main story of the games themselves kind of lore. It's insane.
Omg yes pls! I NEED that to happen!!!
But I think the problem are the disney charas bc of the ownership or something... idk tho
I mean Disney could “make” it. Just let the Japanese team that made the games, make the anime. It can get dubbed in many different languages and it would be massively successful. Disney really wouldn’t even have to do anything except cut a deal for their characters to be used for $X amount of money and then sit back and relax. 🤷🏻♂️
There were plans to make an anime, it began production in 2003 and while the project was stopped, you can find the animatics on RUclips
Yeah it would, there’s so much existing lore how would they even go about a chronological retelling 😂 while I’d be so happy if they did, I would probably be ok with an anime following a character we aren’t as familiar with to keep the lore a bit contained. Like subject x, yozora, master of masters origin
Oh that would be awesome! I haven't even played the game and I want that!
I know this is late, but saying '"it's like a constant struggle to save people" is the most apt deacription of Kingdom Hearts as a whole XD
Imagine someone like me who grew up with the series. Seeing this for the first time. The emotions were intense. I still get chills every time.
❤️
A beautiful song with the gameplay would be ideal. Lol maybe we can see him play the games and get crushed lol
Oh my god is that why we had to wait so long for 3?!
I'm so angry. These studios need to pay people what they're worth ugh
"Can Sora catch a break" was my literal response to the end of KH 3. lol
Ah yes, this is the opening which made me cry very hard.
And yes Skrillex made this one too
❤️
The openings for Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance and Kingdom Hearts A Fragmentary Passage are also REALLY good! Also, I would love to watch videos of you playing the Kingdom Hearts games! If you want to, that is!
I think those two openings would have a better payoff in terms of reactions if he reacted to them at the start of playthroughs. That way he gets to feel the full weight of moments like everyone coming out of the books at the end of DDD's opening, or Xehanort being his usual asshole self near the end of 0.2's opening.
All the good feelings and emotions kingdom hearts gives me is beyond words. The beautiful cinematic, the stunning music, the characters, the story 😩
Oh after reading the comments you are all really making me want to play it 💯❤️
@G.O.T Games Definitely sure, I'd love to be able to watch!
"Why are these openings so emotionally weighted?" That's why kingdom hearts is so great. It'll crush you every single game in the most beautiful way
This is the realest reaction channel I've seen.
I'm still doesn't know what Sora's holding Xehanort's chess piece means
* stunned face * ... "WHAT DOES IT MEAN?!" Yeah us too, man.
All these openings have a Japanese version by the same singer which is as good as the English version you should definitely check them out
"they can take your world, they can take your heart, cut you loose from all you know" THEY CAN TRY BUT THEY WILL FAIL!
😢😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 me as a BIG KH fan just busting in tears emotionally crying and singing to this!!! This cuts deep and hits my soul.
Yes the Kingdom Hearts openings are so beautiful! So glad you reacted to them~
Kingdom hearts will always be my favorite video game series. The story is absolutely insane and depressing, and a bit confusing at times. But it’s so rewarding if you take the time to understand it.
Great reaction, MAN Skrillex and Utada are my favourite artists, when this song got unreleased i cryed a lot, for real, was like a dream.
Kingdom Hearts is my favorite video game series of all time! Loved seeing you react to the 3 main games. Highly recommend a playthrough of the games. The music is solid throughout the entire series and just makes you feel all of the emotions.
(Definitely recommend a watch of the KH 0.2 Fragmentary Passage Opening, great remix)
A fun fact is that every single game has its own rendition of the main menu song, Dearly Beloved.
My favorite part is him looking at sora/ven/roxas and UNDERSTANDABLY not realizing they’re different characters
Birth By Sleep, Dream Drop Distance, and 0.2 Final Chapter Prologue all use 'Simple and Clean' but they have unique opening movies so even if you dont react to them you should give them a watch!
Sadly sora never gets a break
Well, except for that time when he slept for almost an entire year. :)
@@nolhok in a indirect way he still didn't get a break because of how Roxas /xion holding his memories
@@wm257magOG Yeah, fair enough! Even when he was asleep he didn't get a break.
Besides, you would like to lose a year of your life, I say to Sora, all adolescence was exempted from one day to the next.
@@ryanj4607 Imagine just playing the numbered titles and not knowing 3/4 of the characters.
@@rainick That's a nightmare, just missing Chain of Memories knocks half of the cast out of your knowledge.
Imagine being a fan of this franchise for over a decade and watching this intro. Lots of emotions.
I would absolutely pay so much money to see you play the KH series, it's sooooo good. You're really emotionally tuned and the storytelling in KH is emotional, not necessarily logical, so I think it's a perfect fit for you
Legitimately cried within 30 seconds
Also, Luke KH 0.2 opening
Check the openings of the KH games: Birth by Sleep, KH 2.8 (is a little more of BBS) and KH Dream drop distance. That's the ones you lack (with good cinematics)
I remember the hype with the secret ending of the first game, "Deep dive",the fight in the tower in the rain. Amazing (by that time we didnt understand anything, the numbers, why RIku had a blindfold, who was the blond fighting with 2 keyblades...)
This series is an emotional ride, you're not wrong to pick up on that in the openings!
💜
Face My Fears is just narrowly my favorite Kingdom Hearts OP, and it all comes down to the opening movie. KH is a franchise known for having incredibly dense and convoluted lore, but when you fully understand the whole story, when you truly understand the game of cosmic chess Xehanort played with our heroes, Face My Fears truly becomes a swan song for all the strife, separation, and suffering everyone has gone through at the hands of one man.
Would love to see your reaction to vector to the heavens from kingdom hearts as well 🙏
That is deff a must if he made it this far
The Kingdom Hearts Series has Many Dark, Heart Breaking and Emotional moments so it is worth playing through especially for the story as it’s not as confusing as many make it out to be since the info/lore is readily available for the most part even more so with the complete set of games being Free now on PS Plus.
now im kinda curious how you would react to the KH 2.8 cinematic.
that one is SUPER emotional because its focused on one character specifically
"Is this in the game?" - Yes, this is the first thing you see after you hit start.
"Can the main character catch a break?" - Yes. But actually no.
Some of the favorite Boss themes from the series:
*Dark Impetus* (Birth by Sleep)
*Destati* (Kingdom Hearts)
*Vector to the Heavens* (358/2 Days Remastered)
*Darkness of the Unknown* (Kingdom Hearts 2)
*L’Eminenza Oscura* (Dream Drop Distance)
"...fighting for a future he never gets..."
It's so refreshing to get an outsiders perspective in something you love.
I feel like just by watching you I also feel the emotions more ☺️
I very much enjoy your reactions. The excitement and love is always a great thing to see.
Just so you know. Kingdom Hearts III is actually the twelfth game in the series. Not counting mobile or the Back Cover movie.
from a gameplay perspective the kingdom hearts series are mostly action RPGS (theres a decent amount of games and they all have different gimmicks to them) where you go around different disney worlds with donald and goofy as you save them from being destroyed
also if you have a playstation you can play the whole series for free if you have PS plus extra
so if that sounds interesting to you i would give it a try
yall need to get this man to reacts to persona 5 music
The last song is don’t think twice and it’s in my opinion the most emotional one and you really should play all the games there amazing
This man gets it. The music is so powerful and moving
If you like video game music that has no lyrics, check out dearly beloved from KH. It is the title screen music and it is so beautiful they remix it for every game to fit the vibe
If you play the games, be prepared to get emotionally invested in literally every character, almost nothing is cut and dry
Hollow from final fantasy 7’s remake PLEASE! It’s so insanely emotional and Yosh’s voice just makes it even more perfect you have to listen to it!
Fun Fact: The fight between Roxas & Axel if you play the games in release order is a bit of an intense fight, but only after the next games came it shows how heavy of a plot point it was. (Easily among the top 5 heavy moments without including Sora)
Also Zone of the Enders - Kiss Me Sunlight it's the opening for the first Zone of the Enders game. It's soooooo good!
First time I heard the song was on the Vtuber Zentreya's twitch stream. Love the song
Edit: didn't know it was from kingdom hearts
Dude! love your energy! I really like your reactions
To answer a couple questions:
KH3 isn’t that old ( at least if you’re comparing the KH2 to KH3 gap) and 4 is in the makes so we’re all excited for that
Also if you do buy it to play there’s the 1.5 + 2.5 combo
A lot of us waiting 15 years for the this game and u need to play them to get the full emotional weight of ending 3 dont think twice but u must hear that beautiful masterpiece
The cinematic ending for Kingdom Hearts III! It's a serious bout for everyone invested, even with how far your invested!
I put on music from the soundtrack and cant help but cry. This game truly shaped my life.
I'm just saying, if you had another channel where you played games and you played Kingdom Hearts, I would watch the entire series. I love seeing people react to KH for the first time, and based on what you said and how you reacted to the openings, I think you'd love them.
Omg this was so good! Yes it does play before you start the game 😀
Now trails is an endless rabbit hole of good ost
I'm just in my 4th game in the Trails franchise. The order of games as I played them: Sky, Sky SC, Cold Steel, Cold Steel II (current) ...I'll go with Cold Steel III or Zero next depending on which one I find cheaper when I finish II.
@ahmad al-hemmaly I recommend Zero before Cold Steel 3 or your gonna be confused over some stuff
@@DaRaginLombax thanks for the recommendation.
The first one was on a demo disk. It's had new installments since 2002. There's basically 13 entries? It's wild.
LOVE this!! An anthem! Hollow Bastion OST makes you feel epic.
I would LOVE to watch you play this series!
kingdom hearts is my favorite media ever, no question, no contest. you should definitely play these games, you WILL get attatched to this cast and you WILL cry and it''ll be a great time
With the KH dream drop distance opening you'll cry
Hollow from final fantasy 7 remake
One thing that remains constant, no matter how much the games may change, is that the music for KH is always amazing.
The intro video goes over the events of the previous games till the end where it goes over what's to come.
Kingdom hearts is my most favorite franchise ever! I’m so glad to see you liking the songs they’re the best! Also there’s one more song you got to react to! Don’t think twice
Kh3 was released in 2019. With kh4 being announced last year in April. For the series 20th anniversary
You understand everything the power of Kingdom Hearts series. Welcome. Now, time for the stories.
Ugh that’s such a good game.
yes each Kingdom Heart opening will play on it own and as you start the game when you play.
