- A quick review for the XMark Fitness Seated Calf Raise. In this review, I cover how this machine is similar to the Titan Fitness Seated Calf Raise, and which model I think is better. I also cover what I like about the machine, a couple of improvements I think could be made, and a quick hack to get more exercises out of this machine.

How come everytime I go to look up reviews for something I want to buy you have a video for it 😂 amazing thanks for the review
lol! This is one of my first reviews, but I still have this machine and it’s a pretty decent option for a residential seated calf raise. Glad the review is here for you.
I bought the same machine and love it so far. I did an Unboxing and Assembly video for this same machine recently. You did a great job with the video and subbed!
Best,
Bob
Thanks so much! I am glad to hear you like the machine too!
Nice video! Glad you like the machine!
Definitely a quality piece. I’ve had a couple friends purchase the piece after watching the review, so I hope you have gotten a few extra sales as of late.
I’m late, but does the plate holders hold one inch hole plates?
The Olympic sleeves can be removed so that it will hold one inch plates.
Can you share the exact paint you use?
Rust-Oleum Bed Liner Paint.
I have also used Krylon. Krylon sprays on better and has a better texture, but I like Rust-Oleum because it’s a blacker black.
Some of my pieces have been sprayed with Krylon first and with Rust-Oleum for the second coat.
@@HomeGymHacksandReviews thank you!🙏🏽
@@paolaperez7576 glad to help!
Have been trying to decide between this and the body solid, thanks for the detailed review
Thanks so much. Both have features I like. I prefer the stainless steel plate posts on the XMark, but I like the dual handle better on the Body Solid. They are probably pretty comparable in quality.
@@HomeGymHacksandReviews is there any kind of wobble or tipping when performing the movements? Or is it very stable throughout ?
@@Visiblyblue I find it to be very stable. No wobble. I’ve had it for about 5 years. My wife and I use it pretty regularly and it has held up well.
@@HomeGymHacksandReviews that's good to hear. Thank you 👍. Subscribed
@@Visiblyblue I appreciate it!
Deftones nice 👀
With Ohms, they showed they are getting better with age.
Yeah it's now $415!!! Crazy..
I’m very lucky I got it when I did. From time to time, it will go on sale. Also, unfortunately, everything has gone up and will probably continue to go up.
@@HomeGymHacksandReviewsI just bought it yesterday..on Black Friday on Amazon only 5 percent off the current price. Which is $381 plus after tax and shipping all in total $417.20 but mines is grey and black same machine, will be delivered on December 5
@@danielesquivel6685 I painted mine black with bed liner paint. If you go through Xmark’s website you can get it for less with their BF sale.
"the machine can also be used as a ghd" what does that mean?
Glute, ham, developer for the posterior chain.
@@HomeGymHacksandReviews thanks I appreciate it content
@@interestingvideos4046 thank you and glad to help!
I was going to buy one off amazon and now its gone AHHHH
You can buy one directly from the XMark fitness website and at the moment, they are running a sale.
Its $414 now before shipping and tax..oof
That is a pretty big jump from when I got it a few years ago. It makes putting prices in these reviews a little tricky. Unfortunately, like almost every piece of gym equipment, prices have jumped up within the last year.
