    400 gr gjize
    Spinaqin e pastrojme dhe coptojme imet!mbi zjarre vendojme sa te zbutet !
    E lem anesh te ftohet!
    Pastaj shtojme gjizen dhe pak
    Kripe !
    Shtojme miellin ngadales!
    Bejme brumin e bute mos te ngjitet neper dore!
    Lyjme me 2 luge gjelle vaj siper!
    45 min e lem te pushoje!
    Ndajme brumin 8 kuleq!
    I hollojme te gjithe sa te mundemi!
    Lyjme me vaj e gjalpe i pallojme sikur ne videon larte !i lam anesh derisa ti hollojme krejte!
    Nisim prej te pares prape i hollojme ne forme kuadri !
    Mbushni me spinaqin dhe gjize!
    Bejme rulo
    Vendojme ne tepsi furre!
    I prejme !
    I lem 20 min te pushojne nderkohe furren e nxehim ne 180-200 grade !
    I lyjme siper me gjalp!
    Pjekim 30-35 min varet prej furres !
    Ju befte mire nese i provoni !!
    🔺🔺🔺English recipe🔺🔺🔺🔺
    250 ml of lukewarm milk
    water
    2 tsp yeast
    1 tsp of sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1 tablespoon vinegar any kind

    Onceden isittigimiz 180 derece firinda 25-30 dk kadar pisirelim!!
    Receta italiano:
    250 ml di latte tiepido
    250 ml di acqua tiepida
    2 cucchiai medi di lievito in polvere
    1 cucchiaio medio di zucchero
    1 cucchiaio medio di sale
    1 cucchiaio di aceto, qualsiasi (fa sciogliere l'impasto)
    Circa 700-750 grammi di farina!
    🔺 150 g di burro o margarina 60 ml di olio
    Per dipingere gli gnocchi!
    Da riempire;
    700 g di spinaci
    400 g di ricotta
    Puliamo gli spinaci e li tritiamo finemente, mettiamo sul fuoco finché non si ammorbidiscono!
    Lo lascio da parte a raffreddare!
    Quindi aggiungiamo la ricotta e poco
    Sale!
    Aggiungere la farina piano piano!
    Rendi l'impasto morbido in modo che non si attacchi alle mani!
    Spennellare con 2 cucchiai di olio sopra!
    L'ho lasciato riposare per 45 minuti!

      250 ml χλιαρό γάλα
      250 ml χλιαρό νερό
      2 μέτριες κουταλιές μπέικιν πάουντερ
      1 μέτρια κουταλιά ζάχαρη
      1 μέτρια κουταλιά αλάτι
      1 κουταλιά της σούπας ξύδι, κάθε είδους (λιώνει τη ζύμη)
      Περίπου 700-750 γραμμάρια αλεύρι!
      🔺 150 γρ βούτυρο ή μαργαρίνη 60 ml λάδι
      Να βάψω τα ζυμαρικά!
      Για γέμιση?
      700 γρ σπανάκι
      400 γραμμάρια τυρί κότατζ
      Καθαρίζουμε το σπανάκι και το ψιλοκόβουμε!Το βάζουμε στη φωτιά μέχρι να μαλακώσει!
      Το αφήνω στην άκρη να κρυώσει!
      Στη συνέχεια προσθέτουμε το κατίκι και λίγο
      Αλας!
      Προσθέστε το αλεύρι σιγά σιγά!
      Κάντε τη ζύμη μαλακή για να μην κολλάει στα χέρια σας!
      Αλείφουμε με 2 κουταλιές λάδι από πάνω!
      Τον άφησα να ξεκουραστεί για 45 λεπτά!
      Χωρίζουμε τη ζύμη σε 8 κέικ!
      Τα αραιώνουμε όλα όσο μπορούμε!
      Βάφουμε με λάδι και βούτυρο όπως στο παραπάνω βίντεο!Τα αφήνω στην άκρη μέχρι να τα αραιώσουμε όλα!
      Ξεκινάμε από την αρχή και τα αραιώνουμε σε μορφή πλαισίου!
      Γεμίστε με σπανάκι και τυρί κότατζ!
      Ας κυλήσουμε
      Το βάζουμε στο ταψί!
      τα παραλαμβάνω!
      Τα αφήνουμε να ξεκουραστούν για 20 λεπτά προθερμαίνοντας τον φούρνο στους 180-200 βαθμούς!
      Αλείφουμε από πάνω βούτυρο!
      Ψήνουμε για 30-35 λεπτά, εξαρτάται από τον φούρνο!
      Καλή τύχη αν τα δοκιμάσετε!!

      Špinat očistimo i sitno nasjeckamo!Na vatru stavimo dok ne omekša!
      Pustite da se ohladi!
      Zatim dodajte svježi sir i malo
      Sol!
      Polako dodavati brašno!
      Neka se mekano tijesto ne lijepi za ruke!
      Odozgo premazati s 2 žlice ulja!
      Ostavite da odstoji 45 minuta!
      Podijelite tijesto na 8 kolača!
      Sve ih razrjeđujemo koliko možemo!
      Premazati uljem i maslacem,oguliti kao na videu gore!Ostaviti sa strane dok se skroz ne rijede!
      Počevši od prve, ponovno ih razrijedimo u obliku okvira!
      Filovati špinatom i svježim sirom!
      Krenimo
      Stavite u tepsiju od pećnice!
      izrezao sam ga!

      250 ml mlakog mleka
      2 kašičice kvasca
      1 kašičica šećera
      1 kašičica soli
      1 kašika sirćeta bilo koje vrste
      Približno 700-750 gr brašna!
      🔺150 gr putera ili margarina 60 ml ulja
      Za punjenje;
      700 gr spanaća
      400 gr svježeg sira
      Spanać očistimo i sitno iseckamo! Stavimo na vatru dok ne omekša!
      Pustite da se ohladi!
      Zatim dodajte svježi sir i malo
      Sol!
      Polako dodajte brašno!
      Neka se meko testo ne lepi za ruke!
      Odozgo premazati sa 2 kašike ulja!
      Ostavite da odstoji 45 minuta!
      Podeliti testo na 8 kolača!
      Sve ih razvodnjavamo koliko god možemo!
      Premazati uljem i puterom, oguliti ih kao na videu iznad! Ostavite ih po strani dok potpuno ne postanu!
      Počevši od prvog, ponovo ih razrjeđujemo u obliku okvira!
      Filovati spanaćem i svježim sirom!
      Furajmo
      Stavite u pleh od rerne!
      Isekao sam ga!
      Ostavite ih da odmaraju 20 minuta dok je rerna zagrejana na 180-200 stepeni!
      Po vrhu premažemo puterom!
      Pecite 30-35 min u zavisnosti od rerne!
      Sretno ako ih peobate!

      Icine haslanmis ispanak 700 gr kadar ve 400 gr lor peyniri biraz yogurt ,tuz ekledim!!

      250ml de leite morno
      250ml de água
      2 colheres de fermento
      1 colher de açúcar
      1 colher de sal
      1 colher de sopa de vinagre de qualquer tipo
      Aproximadamente 700-750 gr de farinha!
      🔺150 gr de manteiga ou margarina 60 ml de óleo
      Para preencher;
      700 gr de espinafre
      400 gr de requeijão
      Limpamos o espinafre e cortamos finamente! No fogo colocamos até amolecer!
      Deixe esfriar!
      Em seguida, adicione o requeijão e um pouco
      Sal!
      Adicione a farinha aos poucos!
      Faça com que a massa macia não grude nas mãos!
      Cubra com 2 colheres de óleo por cima!
      Deixe descansar por 45 minutos!
      Divida a massa em 8 bolos!
      Diluímos todos eles o máximo que podemos!
      Cubra com óleo e manteiga, descasque-os como no vídeo acima! Deixe-os de lado até ficarem completamente finos!
      Começando do primeiro, nós os diluimos novamente na forma de um quadro!
      Recheie com espinafre e requeijão!
      Vamos rolar
      Coloque na assadeira!
      eu cortei!
      Deixe-os descansar por 20 minutos enquanto o forno é aquecido a 180-200 graus!
      Espalhamos manteiga por cima!
      Asse 30-35 min dependendo do forno!

      Machen wir den Teig!

      100 g Butter schmelzen
      1 Stunde ruhen lassen!
      In 13 Teile teilen!
      Japim bildet sich wie im Video oben!
      Mit Schokoladencreme (Nutella) füllen
      Lassen Sie sie wieder verdoppeln!
      Mit Milch bestreichen
      Bei 180 Grad 25-30 Minuten backen
