Bejme brumin e bute mos te ngjitet neper dore!
Lyjme me 2 luge gjelle vaj siper!
45 min e lem te pushoje!
Ndajme brumin 8 kuleq!
I hollojme te gjithe sa te mundemi!
Lyjme me vaj e gjalpe i pallojme sikur ne videon larte !i lam anesh derisa ti hollojme krejte!
Nisim prej te pares prape i hollojme ne forme kuadri !
Mbushni me spinaqin dhe gjize!
Bejme rulo
Vendojme ne tepsi furre!
I prejme !
I lem 20 min te pushojne nderkohe furren e nxehim ne 180-200 grade !
I lyjme siper me gjalp!
Pjekim 30-35 min varet prej furres !
Ju befte mire nese i provoni !!

250 ml of lukewarm milk
water
2 tsp yeast
1 tsp of sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tablespoon vinegar any kind
Approximately 700-750 gr of flour!
🔺150 gr butter or margarine 60 ml oil
For filling;
700 gr spinach
400 gr of cottage cheese
We clean the spinach and chop it finely! On the fire we put it until it softens!
Let it cool!
Then add the cottage cheese and a little
Salt!
Add the flour slowly!
Make the soft dough not stick to the hands!
Coat with 2 tablespoons of oil on top!
Let it rest for 45 minutes!
Divide the dough into 8 cakes!

Onceden isittigimiz 180 derece firinda 25-30 dk kadar pisirelim!!
Receta italiano:
250 ml di latte tiepido
250 ml di acqua tiepida
2 cucchiai medi di lievito in polvere
1 cucchiaio medio di zucchero
1 cucchiaio medio di sale
1 cucchiaio di aceto, qualsiasi (fa sciogliere l'impasto)
Circa 700-750 grammi di farina!
🔺 150 g di burro o margarina 60 ml di olio
Per dipingere gli gnocchi!
Da riempire;
700 g di spinaci
400 g di ricotta
Puliamo gli spinaci e li tritiamo finemente, mettiamo sul fuoco finché non si ammorbidiscono!
Lo lascio da parte a raffreddare!
Quindi aggiungiamo la ricotta e poco
Sale!
Aggiungere la farina piano piano!
Rendi l'impasto morbido in modo che non si attacchi alle mani!
Spennellare con 2 cucchiai di olio sopra!
L'ho lasciato riposare per 45 minuti!
Dividete l'impasto in 8 torte!
Li assottigliamo tutti il più possibile!
Dipingi con olio e burro come nel video qui sopra!Li lascio da parte finché non li diluiamo tutti!

Diamoci dentro
Lo mettiamo nella teglia!
li ricevo!
Lasciateli riposare per 20 minuti scaldando il forno a 180-200 gradi!
Spalmateci sopra il burro!
Cuocete per 30-35 minuti, dipende dal forno!

Πολύ ωραία γεια στα χέρια σου από την Αθήνα
250 ml χλιαρό γάλα

2 μέτριες κουταλιές μπέικιν πάουντερ
1 μέτρια κουταλιά ζάχαρη
1 μέτρια κουταλιά αλάτι
1 κουταλιά της σούπας ξύδι, κάθε είδους (λιώνει τη ζύμη)
Περίπου 700-750 γραμμάρια αλεύρι!
🔺 150 γρ βούτυρο ή μαργαρίνη 60 ml λάδι
Να βάψω τα ζυμαρικά!
Για γέμιση?
700 γρ σπανάκι
400 γραμμάρια τυρί κότατζ
Καθαρίζουμε το σπανάκι και το ψιλοκόβουμε!Το βάζουμε στη φωτιά μέχρι να μαλακώσει!
Το αφήνω στην άκρη να κρυώσει!
Στη συνέχεια προσθέτουμε το κατίκι και λίγο
Αλας!
Προσθέστε το αλεύρι σιγά σιγά!
Κάντε τη ζύμη μαλακή για να μην κολλάει στα χέρια σας!
Αλείφουμε με 2 κουταλιές λάδι από πάνω!
Τον άφησα να ξεκουραστεί για 45 λεπτά!
Χωρίζουμε τη ζύμη σε 8 κέικ!
Τα αραιώνουμε όλα όσο μπορούμε!
Βάφουμε με λάδι και βούτυρο όπως στο παραπάνω βίντεο!Τα αφήνω στην άκρη μέχρι να τα αραιώσουμε όλα!
Ξεκινάμε από την αρχή και τα αραιώνουμε σε μορφή πλαισίου!

Ας κυλήσουμε
Το βάζουμε στο ταψί!
τα παραλαμβάνω!
