It's hard to believe but once upon a time they all were on the show room floor all nice and shiny.
They can be that way again. Thanks for watching.
If my plan was ever to sell used motorcycle parts which to me are priceless i would store them by part and make in a shelter to make it easier for a parts shopper to select and purchase especially now a days where bike builders want to customize or replace parts. The owner has acres of parts but at the same time you have to be careful to not get cut and what about snakes. YES he did have some stuff in a shelter. Prior to you scavenging did he have you sign a document to advise you he wasn't responsible if you get injured?
No. I think he figured walking through his scrap yard would be safer than riding a motorcycle next to someone who was texting. 😂
Тракторок не хуевый видел 😂

The stories that these old bikes could tell. Many that we couldn't believe are true, I imagine.
I agree. Can’t wait go back. Thanks for watching.
What a fantastic place I’d camp there for a few days /weeks and get everything I need to build a great bike amazing really it heaven thank you so much for taking me with you god I love this place ❤
Let me know when you want to go and I’m there. This may be the new vacation spot. Thanks for watching.
Отличный источник железных потрохов для рукастых! 😊
Thanks for watching.
Thanks for watching.
The 350 four is definate collector item, as is the early 750s. Also a suzuki 250 husler, he first two strokes with power band go. And a 500 kawa triple .
I think I saw 3 or 4 350fours. I think I am going back this weekend.
I'd love to see you put together a bike from there and then ride out onto your trailer, etc! Would be super cool. Thanks!
That’s the plan. It’s gonna be lots of fun. Thanks for watching.
Been going there to buy stuff for over 40 years. The only thing crazier than the amount of stuff is the prices.
Awesome. Thanks for watching.
Crazy expensive or cheap? The salvage yard owners that I've encountered in 40 years of wrenching would rather throw a part 15 feet in the air and 30 feet across to a pile, where it breaks when landing, than sell it for less than half the price of a new part, which you happen to know.
Good prices? Im iso header pipe for am '85 honda xr250r reasonably priced
I drove 3 hours to purchase hand full of parts turn outs but his prices slap me around back to my truck
@@s7v7nfiv5 damn... really?
Wow very much motorcycle 😮❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I'm shocked Eric, what a terrible way to 'store' bikes! They are all just rotting away 😢 In the UK, our breakers would dismantle the bikes and have parts on shelves in a warehouse.
He has been in business for almost 30 years. It is a one man operation. He doesn’t have to indoor space. I am gonna save several of these.
@motorcyclerewind If I had a truck over there, the back would be full, and my wife wouldn't see me for a few months! 😉👍
I’m fairly certain there’s not a person in Alabama who cares how you would do it in the UK.
@lancejohnson9868 well, what a nice comment that is! 😮
Thats because they are too dumb to even know about the UK @@lancejohnson9868
thanks for the tour. my favorite bike junkyard is Bob's used 1325E. Ellwood phoenix az 85040. truely massive, no overgrown vegitation
I want to make it out to Bobs. Thanks for watching.
@@motorcyclerewind Bobs is the best!!! But $$$$
In years to come they'll be priceless

id take that Yamaha Riva Zuma prebug scooter that was laying flat on its side that you didn't prefer the twin headlight design on, it was red and white
The one by my Honda Elite!!! 😂I did like the twin headlights. I will meet you there. Just say when.
@@motorcyclerewind love it, I’m in lawrenceville GA. What do you think he’d sell that for?
@@motorcyclerewind love watching your vids I got into vintage motorcycles just like you did through vintage mopeds. I kept flipping them up to get to the nicer vintage bikes over the years and now I have a collection of 10 and most are runners 🙂
Thats awesome. Not sure about prices but give him a call. Really nice guy.
Long time ago I use to walk through a junk yard for motorcycle and find what looking for a 1967 Harley Davidson Sprint I restoration it got it running! 😊
Very cool! I had a 350 Sprint very fun motorcycle!
@@motorcyclerewind Only problem I have about it got stolen when I was station at Great Lakes Navy Base I heard about from my Uncle he worked for Sheriff Department!
Have to have them tuned properly or they will take your knee out.
Where in the world did they get all those bikes, it's mind boggling.
There are so many.
If only the owner of the place would have invested in building a cheap (as possible) barn and stored stuff inside! So much is just beyond any chance of restoration!
I am happy he has them all in one place. I will be dragging as many home as possible.
quelle pollution et quelle gâchis pour toutes c est motos et c est pièces détaché vraiment un crevé cœur 😢❤❤
I found some great tanks. Thanks for watching.
That's really awesome you can find parts in that area.
Me I work almost 20years in motor shop but I don't have one it's to expensive.I wish I would be there to pick up one of that vantage motorcycle ❤
I am extremely lucky to have this near me. Can’t wait to return and drag something home. Thanks for watching.
Don't discard the idea it could be a show few mechanics and a rebuild competition each time they pick the bikes out of the junkyard parts are available as well bike mechanics anywhere can participate the show can go forever weekly may be restauring few bikes each timeBM junkyard rebuild
I like it! We have something like that in mind. Thanks for watching.
Cool
So much good stuff
It’s ashame everything is parked under pine trees. That sap and moisture is rusting everything!
I can’t wait to drag some home. Do my best to give them some more time on the road. Thanks for watching.

While on your visit, you wouldn’t happen to have seen any 3-wheelers there?
Brad, there is a 3 wheeler section.
33:45, was that a six cylinder super sport?
I don’t remember seeing a six cylinder. Have to look closer when I go back.
So much just rotting away. Especially in the 'Bama humidity
I can’t wait to start dragging some home. Thanks for watching.
It's called a motorcycle, right? Not an enginecycle ;-)
That’s the best explanation ever. 😂
What would make a great video is to buy one and use the rest for parts and drive it outta the scrap yard
That is definitely my plan.
@@motorcyclerewind looking forward to the video and a Happy New Year from Ireland
Cheers
Just when you think you've seen it all LOL. Amazing. Now I know where motorcycles go to die. Thanks for sharing, looking forward to more =)
I am hoping they are there just waiting for someone to save them. I know I will be dragging my share home. Thanks for watching.
seeing this breakes my heart :(
Lots of good stuff there. Go get some.
@@motorcyclerewind would be to expensive. Im living in Hungary 🤣
someone could make a youtube channel just from resurrecting motorcycles found in this yard... so many parts
Yes they could. I can’t wait to go back.
Cb 100/125 tank very expensive here in Indonesia 😍😍
I need to collect them all up and ship them to you!!!! 😂 thanks for watching.
@@motorcyclerewind yes sir, i sent my address😂
Not 1 of them will ever run again, fact!!
Challenge accepted.
oh my god
My thoughts exactly. Go back this weekend. Can’t wait. Thanks for watching.
Do they sell and or ship parts? I live in south alabama on the Florida line.
Ship!!!! This is in your backyard. It's in Brewton, AL. I am in Slidell, LA it's about 3 hours for me. Im going back this weekend. Give Kenny a call all of his info is in the description.
@motorcyclerewind Yeah its about 1 hr 45 min. I think I have heard of this place before a long while back. Checking into it now. Thanks!!
It was an easy ride for us. Have a feeling we will be making the trip often.
Bikes and their parts would be worth more torn down, cleaned, labeled, inventoried and put into a warehouse.
There is so much stuff here. Thanks for watching.
I wish I could afford one but I'm home listen for so I miss my bike
What bike did you have?
Moisture can cause piston to be stuck! Lol
This being the south we have loads of moisture! Thanks for watching!

any Husqvarna dirt bikes there ? or zundapps ?
Not sure on the Husqvarnas and Zundapp’s. Seemed to be mostly Japanese.
ok thanks

Thanks for watching.
When I was growing up, our family business was motorcycle sales, service, and most importantly, salvage. Our shop was all indoors so none of the stuff we had got to these states of decay. Seeing this makes me homesick for the old shop and the motorcycle industry as a whole. But this place makes me sick to see so many fantastic bikes just sitting out there, rusting, rotting, and gradually being consumed by nature. I saw a few things in there I'd like to grab! Maybe some day soon 🙂
Thank you for the tour!
I am going back this weekend to grab a few things. Can’t wait!!! I will be making regular trips to get what I want. Thanks for watching.
🎯
It's a shame they've all been sitting outside for so long. Imagine if all that had been sitting in a barn, instead.
It would have to be a big barn. There are loads of great projects. I know I will be dragging a few of these pound puppies home.
Holy crap!! Motorcycle overload!! So far I spied a set of 4 pipes possibly CB750 at 15:55 so that's a worthy one!
There are so many. I have a great idea for a future collaboration.
I like watching vids of place like this and yet also saddened every time. It always makes me think of how many bikes actually got there while still having good complete engines, and then once there, never to live again. Only to turn to complete junk.
This place has been in operation for almost 30 years. Surely it has allowed people to keep their bikes on the road. I am planning on dragging some of that junk home and making it live again. Thanks for watching.
@@motorcyclerewindI'm a bloody DIY guy. It takes me about 2 - 4 hours to dismount a bike more or less completely (motor in one piece). A professionell probably would need half this time, especially if he concentrates on most valuable parts. And of course less desired bikes could be just sold as scrapp metal. I earned about 1.000 - 3.000 $ from parts each bike, if it is a desired or collectible bike. Average. So seeing masses of bikes just rott away in the woods is absolutely beyond my understanding. But I'm not living in the USA. May be it's different there? Work costs too high and part prices too low?
Sadly most of that stuff is scrap
Kinda' sad. Most of what is there was better off wherever they started. Storage climate and conditions are everything. Geeezzzz..... If this were in Arizona, maybe they would have a chance
I was so happy to see these bikes and thankful that he saved them. If they were here there would be no chance for them. They would have been recycled. Thanks for watching.
I just feel like crying 😢 so many beautiful motorcycles, every brand gone to heaven
Think about if this guy had not have gotten them. They would have already been recycled.
How does one man have so many motorcycles?
I've never seen anything like it . Great video, thanks for showing.
Waving a hand at ya, from Australia 👋 🇭🇲
He must have a very understanding partner. Thanks for watching.
@@motorcyclerewind Or none.
Every single one of these at one time was the owner's pride and joy.
Yes sir. They still have some good bits to help others with their pride and joy. Thanks for watching.
1972 Bultaco 250cc need a cylinder head hopefully with the compression release still built into the top of the head.. Vintage flat track racing bike definitely not a street bike..Gets harder and harder to find parts for this bike..🛵💨
@@motorcyclerewind. _But the majority of these bikes will probably be scrapped, sooner or later. These quantities of parts and motorcycles will never come into the hands of people who can appreciate them. like they're rotting out there. nice for every part that ends up in the right hands._
I am looking forward to going back.
When you get to 17.00 you uncover a motorcycle your wife does you say you don't know but it's a either 900 or 1100 GPZ
Thanks. I saw so much more when I was editing the video than I did while I was there. Thanks for watching.
What an amazing place. The owner should open a small guest house. It would always be busy.
And yes, you certainly did win the wife lottery. I'm sure 99% of us totally understand that.
I hope you tell her everyday what a gem she is.😊
Engine or motor. Too international now to choose.
Great video thanks.
He has an Airstream trailer. I have already asked if I could spend a few days there putting one together to ride it out.
Keri is the best❤️. I did get her some pizza.
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Eric I would love to see you a) get a 350/4 out of all that and b) do a few days there trying to get one running - would be great viewing and I'm sure you would enjoy it
I am down with both of those suggestions. I am going back this weekend. Need to start dragging stuff home. Thanks for watching.
Hi , amazing place, i think it is a great idea to have a 48hrs challenge to build a bike on site there. The goal should be to leave the place riding it.
That is my plan. Just have to ride it out the salvage yard. Thanks for watching.
Ok what's it going to cost me to just walk around.. I'm in England. Best Musium I'd just want to walk around..
Free to look. They make you pay for the souvenirs. Start planning the holiday!
Good thing it's winter. That place looks like a snake paradise!
I will let you know this summer. 😂🐍
Unfortunately most of these bikes weren’t that popular in the day. I would cost a ton of money to rebuild a bike that would only be moderately interesting to ride. I would be looking for European bikes
I will be dragging some of these guys home.
Great find. Might not go there in the nice seasons.......snakes! LOL. Thanks for sharing. One draw back is now everyone will head down there and when I get to go this summer....all the good stuff gone! 🤣🤣🤣. I restore vintage as well. Just found your channel; glad I did. SUBBED.
For Kenny’s(the owner) sake I hope people flock down and buy it up. For you I hope it’s not till after the summer. Thanks for watching and thanks for the sub. Really appreciate it.
@ 17.34 Water cooled GPz900R frame , motor, wheels . Probably 85/86. Tank & plastics are available. Worth a second look if you go back.
Is saw that while editing the video. I also liked the Seca turbos.
The whole place has been under water...just keep that in mind..
A refrigerator full of carburetors. Unfortunately, I'm on a low-carb diet.
😂😂😂😂best comment so far. Thanks for watching
Its sad to think most of these bikes will end up crushed and scraped 😭
All I know is that I am going to save as many as I can. Thanks for watching.
Man. nice I'll bet he's asking to much for bike's and part's !
I will let you guys know.
I want to take a trip down there during the summer even though it's an 8-hour drive for me buy as much as I can fit on my trailer ! , I'm over in Mooresville North Carolina
That’s a weekend adventure worth having. It was a 3 hour ride for us. I am going back this weekend. We are taking our family trip to the Outer Banks this year.
What a great post, a restorers heaven.... can't wait for the next visit...
This place was overwhelming. So looking forward to the next visit. Having the lay of the land should make it easier to see more stuff.
A gdzie to jest?
A nice early plane jane gl1000 restoration would be brilliant. Hi from Ireland 🇮🇪
1975 GL1000 is on my bucket list. Thanks for watching.
CL 175, I once had a CB 175. Supprising just how well they run. Have a different engine configuration to the other twins, where both pistons rise together, think they fire alternatively.
They are really cool bikes. This place had loads of them. Thanks for watching
Will he do tenting weekends. With a hand full of cash...
That’s a great idea. I will ask the next time I go. This weekend. 😂
The one with the red seat looked like a QA50 instead of a Z50.
You're right.
ENGINES! lol can’t help thinking how much of that could be melted down and reused seems a lot is beyond repair!!
LOL! I am sure in time lots will be hauled off to be melted down. I know I will be dragging home stuff to put back on the road. Maybe I am crazy!
According to NADC instructors. They could never explain why they're called motor mounts instead of engine mounts.
😂I thought it might be a can of worms but thought would ask anyway. Thanks for watching.
Motor.....and yes, love to see you build a running bike from parts
I am planning on doing it. It’s gonna be a blast. Thanks for watching.
At 8.20..you were looking at a CB 350.to the immediate left of that was a green front mudguard that you put your hand on and the frame had a compliance plate..do you think that was a twin shock KLX 250 Kawasaki. i realize with the amount of bikes you looked at like a needle in a haystack.glad you found your pop-up Hondas only other bike i knew of were early Katanas. but what a great place to explore all day! I would say save a honda xl, but you've probably already done that
That would be a good one. I say save them all. Thanks for watching.
Consider a good Yamaha Venture Royale. I picked up a 1986 1300 and after owning 2 GL1200’s I really love the Yamaha V4 engine. It is faster and handles better then the Goldwing in my opinion.
I am open to any old "GrandPa" motorcycle as long as it has an 8 track!
How about a cassette deck and a CB :)
I would love a CB. My truck has a factory CB. Ford offered it as an option in1978
I need a bigger garage before I visit. I’d come back with a couple of projects. You could certainly piecemeal several bikes out there.
My thoughts exactly. The hardest part is deciding on which model. 😂
It's a pity these machines couldn't have been kept under some sort of cover. There are a lot of great bikes there ,but now they are beyond repair.
There are some great bikes. I will be going back soon to drag something else home. Thanks for watching
XS 650 another great collector, next to the 750 yam . The 750 yam has to be one of the smoothest 4 cylinders ever built, an absolute pleasure to ride.
There were loads of XS650’s. So much stuff. I was seeing more things that I hadn’t while editing the video. Can’t wait to get back there.
Smoothest 😂😂😂 said by people that know nothing
There was a bunch of 3-cylinder XS750's, not Yamaha's finest moment
@erik_dk842 ok, we got a different range of bikes in Australia, the 750s over here were 4 cylinders, don't think I ever saw a 3 cylinder.
@jesuschrist7169 At 63, I have ridden most of the bikes shown. However I have just been informed that the xs750 in America was a 3 cylinder, in Australia they were all 4 cylinder and did run very smooth.
Why do you call them fenders , you see they were originally designed to protect the motorcycle and rider from mud of the road that’s why the correct name is MUDGUARDS 😊

Doesn't look like the owner really cares much about what happens to the stuff!
Until the moment you want to buy a part, then it turns into gold. - Every salvage yard owner I've ever dealt with.
Motors are electric, engines are mechanical. Truth.
Awesome thanks for sharing.
Come out to California lots of Honda Goldwings you can you can pick up

Ah, this is the bottom of the barrel that's being scraped for "almost complete" projects arriving in the UK lately with big £?,??? price tags!
3 or 4 day challenge with a CB or RD 350 would be awesome. See if you can ride it home.

Can't believe it! Looks like a "Frisco" tank was in there..!!
To me it seems to be a waste just having all those bikes sat outside open to all the elements. I get that it's good for parts but surely it would be better to recycle all that metal. The any old iron vans in my area would have a field day with all those bikes. How did they all get there? It's hard to believe that each one was somebody's pride and joy once upon a time. 😢😢😢
I am sure that if people do jut buy them for parts they will turn into scrap at some point. In the near future some of these will be my pride and joy.
This is an unbelievable mess in the environment.
