thanks for warning us about it falling apart to its smallest pieces as soon as you pry it open... and the fact that if you put the spring into the wrong position and put the key back in, you can not get it out without destroying the casing. Wonderful design.... intentionally designed to be as frustrating as possible....

Are you stupid? What piece goes up in down in this key? The fucking button. You can see the button oriented correctly in this video. The spring is obviously inside it, with it's bottom around the little peg in the base of the key casing, and it's top sliding into the logically shaped cylinder in the button! Then finesse the top back on the key and you are fine. "Intentionally..." give me a fucking break. It's 6 fucking pieces, including the battery itself. I don't know how much more simple this needs to be. I just changed mine for the first time with one play of the video and I'm 6 beers and 1 joint deep. And I'm not handy.
