Can you tell me, How to interpret the values for sigma_u and sigma_e and rho?

How to deal with unbalanced panel data? If we have many missing values from one or two crossections?

By default, when you use the 'xtset' command, it looks like the program recognizes the data as unbalanced. However, you can more fully specify the panel data with time using: xtset
In this case, Stata should explicitly note that there are "gaps" between values on the time variable (reflecting that it is unbalanced). For more details see pgs. 417-419 on using 'xtset' in the Stata manual here: www.stata.com/manuals13/xt.pdf

How can we control the effect of control variables while using random effect?

Hello. There's nothing special to the inclusion of control variables in this type of model from a mathematical standpoint. Just add these variables into the equation as you would any set of predictors that you are focused on testing your primary hypotheses with.

Dear Sir would you kindly let me know about which chapter that you opened to discuss the definition part or share the pdf of the theory chapter that appears in the early part of the video. I think you have accessed it from your Stata. Thanks and regards
