  • We discuss different aspects of Panel Data Analysis. We define the panel data, then we differentiate between balanced and unbalanced panel data. Then we discuss pooled ols model and what are the issues with pooled ols model i.e. individual or unobserved heterogeneity. We explore why the fixed effect and random effect are better than pooled ols model. Lastly, we discuss the Breusch Pagan test and Hausman test.
