Thank you for the video I can understand that only too well. Three years ago I started welding a 1960 VW Beetle. It stood outdoors under a roof in the firewood for 35 years. I got him with the trailer and thought about putting him in the garden. The engine could still be turned by hand. In the afternoon I drove it around the garden and realized that it had to get back on the road.

Well, those are not the strongest points, most vehicles are much better than this vehicle because we're talking about a 60s car, the beetle is not about power, neither comfort, is about feelings, every noise that the car makes or the vibrations you feel in your hands and your body are the strongest points of that car and that's truly better than any vehicle
Just bought a 62 bug couple weeks ago. I've owned several over my life and driving them always makes me smile. Getting harder to come by.

Hi Greg the Fronts are 145/65R15 on stock rims and rears are 185/55R15 on 3” widened

@@gregjaussaud7198 try calling some machine shops in your area, it is a bit of a lost art from the rat rod days, youtube has some tutorials on it as well.

They came on it when it was picked up in Calgary, previous owner sourced them somehow.
Nice story but you should have left is stock.
When he sold it stock, other owners modified it before he was able to find it and buy it back

@@gsesmedia My aunt had a bug. It was a newer one, from the late 60s or early 70s. And my distant uncle also had a bug. But I don't like them so much. They consume a lots of fuel, they are loud and they don't have a lot of space inside. People say that I'm wrong but I don't care. I respect the hoby, I respect the work, but I don't like them.
