- Sean is a neighbor of mine who has an obsession with everything Volkswagen. This short is about a bug he bought and sold. He regretted sale and searched it out, 5 years later and got it back completely transformed from stock to heavily modified. Music by Epidemic Sound

Thank you for the video I can understand that only too well. Three years ago I started welding a 1960 VW Beetle. It stood outdoors under a roof in the firewood for 35 years. I got him with the trailer and thought about putting him in the garden. The engine could still be turned by hand. In the afternoon I drove it around the garden and realized that it had to get back on the road.

Well, those are not the strongest points, most vehicles are much better than this vehicle because we're talking about a 60s car, the beetle is not about power, neither comfort, is about feelings, every noise that the car makes or the vibrations you feel in your hands and your body are the strongest points of that car and that's truly better than any vehicle
I've always wanted a Beetle. Instead I purchased a 1965 Chevy Corvair. Drove that car until the motor gave out.
Just bought a 62 bug couple weeks ago. I've owned several over my life and driving them always makes me smile. Getting harder to come by.

@@gsesmedia My aunt had a bug. It was a newer one, from the late 60s or early 70s. And my distant uncle also had a bug. But I don't like them so much. They consume a lots of fuel, they are loud and they don't have a lot of space inside. People say that I'm wrong but I don't care. I respect the hoby, I respect the work, but I don't like them.

Hey Chris, It really depends on where you want to take it, but few grand will get you upgrades started.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Handed down to ONE OF MY KIDS -- So they can sell it and get the money because it's an old beater bug with a standard transmission and no ac or heater and it's worth more then what it really is and MONEY IS KING -- Not an old metal bucket called a VW BUG! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Hi Greg the Fronts are 145/65R15 on stock rims and rears are 185/55R15 on 3” widened

They came on it when it was picked up in Calgary, previous owner sourced them somehow.
why in gods name would ANYONE do this to such a nice vw? it just isn't right. Nobody with a keen eye that loves classic vw's would buy it. Sorry but that's not original.
