  • This is a 4K rear-view video of the entire section of the Seibuen Yuenchi 'Leo and Raiya Sunset Train'.
This train was transferred from Seibu Railway Group Toshimaen, which closed in August 2020.
The train was operated at Toshimaen as a 'miniature train' modelled on the C.P. Huntington steam locomotive that was used on the Central Pacific Railway in the USA.
The rolling stock was manufactured by Chance Rise.
A total of two types were in service when the park closed: the red No. 193 Flower Princess and the black No. 265 Western Silver.
After the park closed, the Western Silver was moved to Seibuen Yuenchi and reopened on 19 May 2021 as the Leo and Raiya Sunset Train. Note that Flower Princess was transferred to Fukuyama playground equipment manufacturer Takao.

There's a train like that in a Westchester Park, and also in the San Diego Zoo! Definitely keeps the little ones happy, and their parents! Treasure hunting and visual delights! Nice ride!! Thank you 😇 😊!

A very similar train has operated in Stanley Park in Vancouver, Canada since 1964.

Well, that was a blast from the past. In America, Leo was known as "Kimba".
