Welcome back to Malaysia! Selamat kembali ke Malaysia! Now Ramadan is coming, try "iftar" (breaking fast) with other Malaysians at Dataran Putrajaya or Dataran Merdeka. It would be a great experience for both you and your kids about diverse cultural practices in Malaysia! Enjoy Malaysia guys!
Hey guys, we are a family of 3 boys (plus hubby and I) from Melbourne Aus, we'll be travelling to Malaysia in the next week or 2 to check out whether it will suit us as a place to live long-term. Will be slow travelling south east Asia as nomads for at least 6 months. Would love to meet you and the kids as fellow Aussies if you're in KL in the next 1-4 weeks! Our boys are ages 10,8 and 3. :)
in learning, i think nothing beats the old basic, books, pen and paper... all these digital stuff...... nahhhh. enrichment, maybe... anyways, good job guys. 😁
New subscriber! I hope that you guys are planning some videos on your spending and how you guys allocate your money etc. I giggled at buying the HOT seat as my husband is 6ft too and we have to buy him emergency seats all the time :) Keep up the great content!
Wow you're back in KL. Ramadan is gonna start soon. Do visit the ramadan bazaar and try the variety of food there...which can only be found during the fasting month.
This Tuesday will be the first day of Ramadhan. Recommend u guys visit Bazaar Ramadhan at Kampung Baru (5pm-7pm). You can walks to Kampung Baru from KLCC through the Saloma Bridge 👌
You came right time for food hunt, Tuesday is 1st month of Ramadhan, many food stall selling variety, just Google pasar Ramadhan kampung baru, or RUclips last year Bazar Ramadhan Malaysia
Certainly, you're not permitted to do a self-check-in if your seat is located near the emergency exit. It's part of the standard operating procedure. Have a pleasant stay!
There's a British couple who's vlogging for over a year now in BGC. Their vlog title is THE JUICY VLOG. If ever you return to the Philippines, please try their style of vlogging so you get many views in the Philippines. I'm disappointed that your vlog in the Philippines didn't get many views. 😊
If you guys want to put your kids into any face to face learning, you can consider any tuition center. Tuition center do accept you join in for just 1 month or 2 months, just learn what ever they are teaching at that current month. For example, if that center now form 2 Maths is teaching algebra factorization, just pay for 1 month fee. After few months travelling, when you are back to Malaysia, check the center again, what chapter they are teaching now.
Do ask people around where you stay, they sure know where are the bazaar. Some big bazaar with many stalls, some small bazaar only around 10 stalls. Every where. Every evening, 3pm to 7pm. They start to put up things or start cooking at 3pm, if you want to see them getting ready, how they prepare some of the food, you go during 3pm. The peak hour will be 5-7pm, when most people finish their office work and rush to the bazaar to buy some food before going home to enjoy the open fast together with family. Many people. If you do have your dinner at any muslim restaurant during this fasting month, you will see restaurant operators give priority to prepare food for muslim order 1st (if your ordering time is near to their open fast timing, around 7.15 to 7.30pm), we Malaysian non muslim do understand each other and tolerate that, you know, we normally would go to non halal restaurants if really need to eat during that time, or we wait until that restaurant finish serving muslim customers first. Toleration. And during around 7pm , if you have to eat at restaurant or any food court, muslim customers will have their food readily on the table, they must wait for the prayer then only they can start eating, so we non-muslim we respect them, normally I also follow and wait together, not eating in front of them, I wait together with them, if I don't want to wait then I pack the food home. Just to let you know, there are these kind of respecting each other manners we have in Malaysia. But, it is not compulsory, not everyone doing these, but majority of us I think.

Quick question, on the subject of schooling, since you are spending a lot of time in malaysia. Are you teaching you kids BAHASA MALAYSIA
We are trying haha, but we focus on getting to try and talk to you guys while we are out and about
Schooling online is tough. I prefer face-to-face.
It is harder, but you have to do what you have to do!
If you guys want to put your kids into any face to face learning, you can consider any tuition center.

@@yokkyk635 the syllabus is different though
I only fell asleep watching Truman Show last time.
Bazar Ramadan start from 3.00pm-7.00pm everyday
