Man!!!..guys, ..!!! You guys always make my mouth water and I've been making all your recipes since you guys started you guys are cool. I'm watching you guys all from Bakersfield California I wish I had that snow in our neck of the woods
Standing ovation for two reasons: 1) You someplace in the North East: “Guys! It’s warmed up to 19 degrees and the snow drifts are only 5 ft high. Let’s griddle!” Me in Mesa Az: “Hmmm...it’s 73 degrees but is that a cloud over there? Better hold off...” 2) My favorite burger is bacon, egg, cheese and onion. You took it to the next level. Awesome job as usual! (Bonus thought - if a burger joint offers a burger with an egg on top, it’s going to be good. Bonus-bonus - out here at all the Mexican food places you can get a fried egg on about anything. An enchilada with a fried egg is awesome.)
Nice work gents! My whole family is in the north shore except for my immediate.. we moved to seacoast NH. I just bought a blackstone myself I love it! love the vids! Keep at it
So.... 2 Salesmen and an IT guy walk up to a Blackstone and build one of the best burgers I’ve seen recently! One salesman says to the other , why did we let the IT guy cook? Because Jeff rocks a heart attack burger ! Camp taters for the win ! Great job guys !
Fantastic video burger looks great the hole vibe of you guys together cooking with fire in the dark reminds me of family hunting trips good times thanks
Great video guys. Made me hungry just watching. I will certainly be adding whiskey or bourbon to my onions when I grill them from now on. Excellent idea.
Thank you Jim. We have tried cooking a lot of things with whiskey and by far onions have taken on the most flavor. Definitely worth a try. Got to always be cautious with those alcohol vapors. Dangerous stuff
WOW !! I'm impressed with Chris. I thought Guy Fieri was the only one that could open his mouth that far to devour a burger that size.. Only you Jeff, great job.
Ty KM. I was impressed as well. Chris went all in on that bite. On top of that, he managed not to wear in like I would have. Double thumbs up on that one.
Another day in New England... Another champ ring we can claim AND... anotehr great vid from you folks. Got my blackstone a few weeks back and have nothing but good things to say about it!!!
OMG! So freakin' AMAZING! I'm making an appointment with my dentist to have my jaw dislodged so I can bite into one of those! Would definitely be worth it! You guys never disappoint! Love the personalities! Just too fun to watch! Keep it up, guys! We need more of you right now. DONE!
Oh yeah! Live right down the road from Willett Distillery. Pot Still Bourbon! Very good! Y’all come to Kentucky, I’ll personally set you up on some great distillery tours!
Jeff “So a quick rundown of ingredients”, 20 minutes they start cooking. Actually this was a short list for him. Impressed. Burgers look frkg awesome brother! Your cardiologist is shopping for a new car while we watch this. Triple trouble = triple bypass
Re: The potatoes. Long story short. Years and years ago, my hubby and I were out of work. Our family lived on Hamburger Helper. For some reason, I saved the boxes, (it wasn't Titos back then, some cheap shit). When hubby and I got back to work, we had a big bonfire outside and burned those boxes. I introduced my step children to Hobo Dinners. Hamburger, potatoes, carrots, onion wrapped in foil and tossed into the coals of deceased Hamburger Helper boxes.
Sounds like you made the best of a bad situation Lisa . My potatoes originated from " campfire " potatoes as well. Used to do hamburgers and "orange" cake in the fire to . I did cheat and use wood in my fire 😁. Hopefully the kids appreciated the meal and the experience.
Ive tried a similiar double version of this minus the cheese sauce and loved it. Thinking its about time to try out the triple trouble. Excellent stufd
Wow!! Most excellent cook guys. That’s a few levels up on the smash burger scale. Can’t wait to take a stab at it. You guys are bad ass gettin down in that weather! Thanks for this and good day!
When I first saw that big foil “balloon” I thought it might be popcorn.definitely need to try to make potatoes that way. And I keep saying I have to try to make a Jeff’s cheese sauce. Definitely doing that immediately!! Great video as always fellas.
I make a bun with egg and cheese gonna enjoy a good burger later today. Kentucky right at zero with ice. We need some heat. Will get your grill caddy built when a little warmer. 👊
Ty Mike. With the potato blimp 😄yes. You want a tight seal on both layers. Eventually the steam will push its way out but you just want to minimize it. The more steam lost, the faster the potatos will burn. Without burning yourself , if you smell the steam you get an idea of doneness.
I can't wait to try this (with 2 burgers for the wife and I, the kid will probably want all 3). Going to try those potatoes too. I have an 18 yr old Weber spirit that I love and used to do taters similarly. Still no griddling here. 2 degrees, snow, and 40 mph winds this morning. I now think I know why everybody in my family moves to Florida when they turn 50. Apparently I didn't get that memo...
Cold winters are definitely tough. You can't kill those webbers btw. I had to give mine away just because I wanted a slightly bigger one as the family was groing.. Only so much space on the deck. Lol.
Next weeks video you fellas are gonna be cooking on the roof with the amount of snow you’ve got coming. As far as bourbon? Down here in Memphis bourbon is a staple & grows on trees...as is “true moonshine.” 😇😇😇😇😇
@@TheGriddleGuys us too! And we don’t even have a winter but we are fixin to get our asses handed to us tonight & tomorrow. Then it’s coming to visit y’all. Enjoy!!!
As always, looks like a fantastic cook. Wish I was there for a taste. The only knock that I would say is more of a production thing... toward the beginning there was a sequence when the music was a little loud and I had trouble hearing what was said. that being said, I'm a bit hard of hearing so it might be an issue at my end. Over all I'd give it a 99 out of 100. If I had a flat top I would definitely do this. Flat top is still on my wish list.
Ty you Douglas. We definitely noticed that with the edit before we released. There is a bit of a turn around delay if if we send it back to our editor so we decided to just send it. Didn't want to miss the weekend . Thanks again-J
Love the tito'ing it. Chris did really well at that on our livestream. Was a great time.. As far as Temps, potatoes, cheese, buns, bacon and eggs were medium/low. We cranked it up to high for the onions and burgers.
I never overwork my meat 🤪 but seriously, I have eaten burgers that were more like paste because it was mashed too much. Hats off to the chef. Looks damn delicious.
Another kick ass “5 ingredient” recipe from Jeff. Meat, rolls, vegetables, bourbon, cheese. That looks insane! I’m starting to think Jeff has a medical marijuana card.
@@TheGriddleGuys Definitely like making the cheese sauce instead of just throwing a slice of cheese on the patty. One of those little things that puts it over the top.
