  • I saw this delicious Oat Crack on IG and it looked simple, easy and delicious without the refined sugars . Perfect for a snack when craving something sweet.
    NOTE:
    You need to add more liquid to this so add more maple syrup and or oil as it came out too crumbly. You will be able to see when you mix it up and pat it down on the tray it should be packed down.
    * 2 1/2 cups oats
    * 4 tbsp honey or maple syrup
    * 3 tbp mild EVOO
    * 1/4 cup sunflower and pumpkin seeds mixed
    * 1/4 cup organic unsweetened coconut flakes
    * 2 tbsp cocao powder
    * 1 tsp vanila
    * 150g chocolate chips(optional)
    Preheat oven to 350f/180c
    Mix all of the ingredients together except for the chocolate chips. Spread on a baking tray and press down. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
    Take out of the oven and if you are adding the chocolate chips sprinkle on top while it is still hot, then as it melts spread directly over the oat mixture.
    Put in fridge to set and break into pieces.
