Can you do something like this but Apartment style? So that each student has their own studio apartment? And maybe like a common room fro studying and hanging out
I did exactly what you asked with like a rec room and study room as well as several different style dorm rooms...but its a Brichester dorm. It has independent suits, shared rooms and a three bedroom apartment sort of set up. You can find the build in my gallery, ID - Howlerisms
Finally a dorm that has bathroom inside an apartment - it is more similar to what we had! Thus far, this dorm is the most similar to what my experience was.
I've gotten bored of sims 4 these past few months, and only ever had 2 of my sims go to university because it bored me, but watching this makes me want to put this lot in my game and fill all the rooms with sims that correspond to each room. This is so amazing. 👏 This whole build has more personality than the sims in sims 4
I like these, they are also good if you wanna have an apartment building but you dont have eco lifestyle yet and you have university and you just change it back into residential Then just lock all of the doors except the room you want then you get roommates and you could also hire a Chef and Maid and pretend they work at the apartment
I like your video, the editing is very good because you can understand where each room is placed because of the bird’s-eye view. In most of the videos like this you just get so confused because the camera keeps going through walls and it’s just chaotic. Great work, keep it up :)

One giant shared kitchen/ living room where people have to cook their own food that has four chairs for 8 people, a three seater sofa and a TV that leads to one corridor where all the small rooms are painted white and you can’t stick posters on. Like if this is a realistic American dorm you guys live in luxury
I don't think I'm keeping this a dorm for University students in my game so it's probably gonna end up being a dorm for teens who are from cool backgrounds to stay in this amazing place .

I havent played with Discover University yet, but I was wondering if you have to put them all in one household as room mates? Or can I just assign my sim a bed and get on with it lmao cuz I love your build so much and I'm looking forward to placing it in my world, it actually makes me excited to have the dlc

You just need to assign your sim a bed and play, but you need to make your sims enroll the university first, then you can rent a room in this dorm! ^^
