No @cx_stt i dont have CC on my game, the road marks are from "get together" and "spa day" , items are "Foot illumination system" and "Lap Guides from slosch Co" 😊

It's a shame that malls aren't really a functional/possible thing in the sims 4, coz this build is really good.
it is haha it's working as a retail shop , you buy it , hire stuff , put prices and sell items per shop , Mall manager :P
@@RGeetect I mean as a mall that your Sims could visit and buy stuff from, it wouldn't work. They haven't made stores that are owned my NPCs functional.

😊 you don't need mall type lot to play this , you need to buy this as a retail shop and you can manage it and sell stuff 🙂

RGR Gaming hey sorry I love ur build but u can have two basements so it would’ve been cool if u had to parking floors a lot of malls have that plus I will make that resturant more non fancy so it’s more realistic and maybe a little subway .
I also thought that combining the upstairs with the downstairs so it’s one big store with 1 or 2 cuz I felt like the clothing store was kinda small . Otherwise I love it ! Where do I download ?

This is by far the most impressive build I have ever seen for the Sims, EVER. I was squealing when I saw the parking lots and the parking garage. Just little details like that really bring something like this to life. Thank you so much for the time and effort you put into this build. My mind is absolutely blown and my life is made.

I wish there was a way to make this function properly. It's an amazing build!
The limitations though means it can only be used as one giant shop, with only three employees inside
I really hope EA adds some kind of feature where it can make every shop its own business

Use hacks to get to how many employees you want/ need then play the lot or make it a residential

I'd love a functioning mall where sims could rent out shops or areas to open their own store. Maybe add new careers that fit into a mall? Cosmetic, ect.
Now if retail stores only worked properly, this would be even MORE awesome.
The making and recording of this must have taken an ENORMOUS amount of time!

every time I see a building video like this, I immediately get motivated and try to build the same type of building. after a few hours of trying, I straightly give up lol. this is impressive and architecturally beautiful. as an architecture student, I can't make a building like this in the sims. I'm just not that creative enough. hahaha.. keep up the good work, dude. I would really love to look up more of your videos. keep up the good work (:

UNTIL NOW, I HAD YET TO COME ACROSS THE PERFECT MALL THAT WAS DETAILED AND SUPER REALISTIC SO I WAS GATHERING THINGS ONLINE FOR 2 DAYS NOW TO BUILD THE ULTIMATE MALL WITH EVERY LITTLE THING AND ALL THE CLUTTER ETC, UNTIL I SAW THIS!!!! LIKE........I CANT EVEN COMPETE WITH THIS!! NO WAY!! ITS JUST EVERYTHING. AND WITH NO CC?!?! OMG!!!! HERE I GO DOWNLOADING IT ONTO MY GAME LOL!!

This build is amazing! Houses are great but functional activity lots are what make the games super fun. My request is if you could make a massive natural history/science/art museum and outside there could be a hedge maze/botanical garden. That would be fun to play in first person too! Hope you see this, great great work!!

Yeah, I'm completely lost. The only thing I understand was how to put the non-cheat objects in the build.
I lack in both lay-outs, aesthetics, and creativity. There is no way I'm going to be able to build malls like this. I'm even trying hard to make a decent house and after that, I'm still feeling that disappointment because of the sub-standard work I did on my houses.

Well stick around and you might be able to figure out more along the way haha + i am doing tutorials and at some point maybe will do even let's build and stuff ^^

I am currently building a mall in the Sims and I was struggling to think of more stores 😅 I planned a lot of clothing shops (kids, adults, brides, prom accessories,...) but as I tried to do the furniture I realised you could only place a few cloth dolls per build 😭 so thank you for all your beautiful shop ideas 😍
