It’s sad that country music has strayed away from its roots and tradition such as music and songs like this this is they way country music was meant to be time doesn’t change people change and to know that great songs and music like this have faded far away into the past I grew up listening to songs like this and many other great songs although we’ve sadly lost all the amazingly talented singers and songwriters over the years it truly saddens me that we lost the true roots of country music and will never get it back again and that many generations will never have the chance to experience it I’m so glad I was one of the lucky ones that did get the chance too this kinda music is now a part of the by-gone era of generations past i will be turning 50 this year and so glad I was part of a generation before technology took over my link to my past are held mostly in my memory or old Polaroid pictures or videotapes and not I-phones or iCloud
