Colorado Rental Assistance Fund is Closed

Colorado renters that were financially impacted by COVID during the past 2 years were able to apply for rental assistance through the Colorado Rental Assistance Fund. This fund was a federally funded program that helped tenants in need of financial assistance. This program has used up the majority of the funds and is now closed to new applicants.

Hello, and thank you for the update on the COVID rental assistance. I appreciate all your videos and find them useful.
However, this video talked about the money coming from the Federal Government. It did not! It came from the taxpayers. I think that it is important to emphasis that the Federal Government is only a conduit for the money and is not the benevolent fairy godmother that creates goodness.
