🍸 🧉 🥛 So glad for this video. I'm struggling to eat enough on Zepbound 2.5. Today is Saturday 7/13, which is day 6 for me. I started 5/27 and I'm down 25lbs. I'm still so full I can't even get in a good OMAD. I'm grateful the medicine is working so well with no major side effects. Only a little burping but not sulfur burps. I've got to come up with some creative ideas of how to get in my calories and protein. You look so cute in your short😅😊.
Countess!! So many great take aways in today’s video. Thank you for this it has given me a lot to think about. I recently also switched from tracking Macros and Calories in MFP, to only tracking macros. Tracking both a becoming a burden and not fun. I’ve had more success with the macros and I feel more free. I think a big piece of making these lifestyle changes is implementing strategies that we can maintain long term. Establishing habits that make you feel good. That way it’s easier to incorporate into our daily lives. I love that you’ve been having these aha! Moments! And thank you for sharing them with us.

🥛 After I titrated up too fast and my stomach basically froze for 3 days I lost weight pretty fast that week. With a rapid weight loss and the slight trauma I had , about 6 weeks later I started losing my hair. That was 5 months ago and it's coming back now.
I have been using your side effects tracker from within a few weeks from starting (at that time Mounjaro) in January. I definitely have seen patterns shot location and appetite suppression. Also side effects. Sometimes it changes with dosage. Now on 10mg. (started at 5 mg-long story). LMNT HAS helped with nausea and also after diarrhea for dehydration. My favorite stick is Raspberry. 🍹

I wanted to thank you for your suggestions about switching injection sites. I finally switched it up this week and did my shot in my thigh and not in my stomach (had been using my stomach for two months) I’m less tired and less stomach upset! And I’m staying on 7.5 for another month or two. Still tired, but definitely less!

🥤I know I don’t eat enough but I’m not hungry, I’m not forcing food if I’m not hungry. I still get protein drinks on though. I do try and do OMAD it’s just not much. 💕
Unpopular opinion but i eat when im hungry. Im fat im gonna be ok. Im over 40 I remember when we use to eat when we were hungry and stop when we were full. I do get hungry and i eat.
@@Kbear115 yes. Im 45 i didn’t grow up on keto., atkins. Intermittent fasting, protein shakes and liquid iv. I hate to be insensitive but i think we got into because we were living to eat and not eating to live. I do get hungry believe me.
