Regarding supermarket ready meals, I’ve been buying mine from Aldi, fresh not frozen. The Chinese chicken curry with egg fried rice are quite nice and reasonably priced at £2.49. The best way to get spam out of the tin, is to cut the top off with a tin opener THEN cut the bottom off and push the whole thing out from the bottom.
